I can't imagine it becoming illegal world wide, let pretend it became illegal in your town.

 

I don't think it would matter at all.  
I'm still pretty much in the closet about being a brony i have

Rainbow factory, gypsy bard, and i think 1-2 luna songs on one of my computers,

i don't think it would change me in the least.

Yea, I think I would not like the government for taking away my freedom to enjoy something as innocent as this. I mean, seriously though. Why would they make this illegal? If anything, I think that if they decided to make this illegal, then I would want to protest why porn hasn't been made illegal. They would probably do one if two things. 1. Make porn illegal or

2. Unban mlp

If being a brony was illegal, most of us would protest against it while others would get over it to just move on with their lives. It's not like the show is a very uncontrollable addiction.

I personally don't know why being a brony could possibly be illegal... I mean, it's just like being a fan of any show; I'm sure there are other shows that have fans outside the target demographic. Besides, Hasbro actually likes bronies, or at least the ones that buy their merchandise XD

In society's eyes it should be illegal. I bet Hasbro will let us hide in their warehouses if we have enough money to buy MLP merchandise. Seriously though. If it became illegal, and they just started killing bronies left and right, then I would just simply hide the fact that I'm a brony (I am currently doing that right now). I mean, it would be like a world war 3. I'm not joking when I say this: If it did happen, I would pull an Anne Frank and hide up in someone's attic.

Just because something is "LAW" does it mean it is right? Think about it. The only reason why many different Drugs and Alcohols are "illegal" are because the government can't find a way to tax it.

If breathing becomes illegal are you just going to drop dead?! NO! (well, at least I hope no) You are going to just live your life until something happens.

 

Half of the written law is completely made up nonsense. Yeah there should be rules, but there's hundreds upon hundreds of laws. I don't think anybody carries around "the book of law" unless they are planning on becoming a lawyer. I don't think the governments expect citizens to carry around the laws either. I'm not going to let people control what I do. If it is illegal and it doesn't harm ANYONE AT ALL, then it isn't bad. Piracy is the fault of a company not being able to protect what is theirs. They shouldn't punish somebody for piracy and then say "You are stealing from them". Do they think that if I CAN'T have my pirated tunes/movies then my brain will become innocent and I will suddenly go buy it from a store? Baloney.

Well that would just flat out suck lol.  I'm new but this stuff it pretty cool.  We're not hurting anyone.  From what I've seen some Bronies are actually helping people.  If they made this illegal I'm pretty sure my bjd hobby would be soon to follow lol.  But they allow those ICP Juggalos to do their thing so surely nice friendly caring people who hurt no one and enjoy their ponies in peace should be ok lol.

I'd question why being in a fandom is now illegal but people can still buy cigs laced with a chemical that's classed on the same tier of drugs as pure-cocaine. 

 

I'd also ask why they outlawed one of the few fandoms that does anything useful to the real-world.

Honestly though in all actuality, how much would you bet that there would be some sort of movement and major protest if something like this was made illegal. Like, if all fandoms were banned, I am positive that people would want to protest. I mean hey, why would you not want to be a part if something? So I would not think that people who would protest against this being illegal are crazy for it. I would just think that they want to have their freedom of expression

Depends on what type of illegal... If all I'm getting is a citation for being a brony, then nothing would change for me.. I would pay the fine and carry on. If It was a felony then I would have to get rid of a lot of my memorabilia, because I want to work for the FBI and they don't employ felons. Also going to jail isn't my cup of tea so that's another factor that would lead me to 'stop being a brony'.

 

 

Realistically this is something that would never ever happen unless a complete collapse of the government happened.

I would first begin a network of bronies to smuggle pony merchandise across state lines. i would hide the swag inside barrels of apples and grapes and wine and whiskey.

 

I would set up speak easies that will play the new episodes every Saturday and you will need a passwors just to get in.

Well seeing how bronys make companies like hasbro millions each year, and not to mention the ad money from the weekly episodes on the hub, and how corporations either directly control, or lobby hard enough they control government, I don't care how bad the society in theory would want it banned, it isn't directly harmful, and it makes them millions, so the corporations would just pull a Monsanto and buy out any laws against their money base.
