If you ask me, I've seen this before, where critics analyze certain aspects WAY too much for them to get an idea that was never there to begin with. 

 

Don't forget that in the beginning, MLP had a similar incident where a reviewer thought RD was a lesbian, Celestia's guards were black, and that it was setting a wrong example as a show.

 

It's just for attention, so I ignore it.

I haven't seen Frozen yet but without even reading the article and reading some of the comments in this thread I can surmise that it's something like this:

 

MLP is anti-Christian and teaches against Christian values meaning it's satanic by nature therefore Frozen is obviously trying to push Homosexuality down kids' throats.

Anyways, look at the public opinion of homosexuality 100 years ago. Look at it today. LGBT is making progress, and I suspect that they'll continue to make even more progress as time goes on.

I have not seen this movie yet, heard a lot about it though.

 

Without reading the link, I will say this: Lets say this movie did have a homosexual agenda, lets give these people that. Okay, why is it horrible for this movie to have that BUT, The Passion Of The Christ, a film that is all about torture, murder, violence and gore, all on the name of a superstition, THAT is perfectly acceptable. Hell, there were parents that dragged their poor children to see that terrible movie.

 

Yet, show anything that might hint towards a main character having a different love interest than the 'norm', everything unravels into chaos.

Alright, allow me to explain without having read the article or having seen the movie

People are dead set on homosexuality being "wrong" because people need something to hate, and gays are an easy target. The second they don't become an easy target, people will twist the bible (again) to match what they want to see.

 

Here's an example:

 

"Um, well, liek, gahd said being gay is like, just as bad as like, murder OMG"  

 

"God said all sins are weighted equal."

 

"UMNOWAI Y R U LIEK ATTACKING MY RELIGION OMG WWJD"   

 

Watch this: homosexuals will stop being targeted by the religious agenda in 10 years, because more and more people (including some christians) are becoming supportive of gay rights. The second they're not an easy target, people will move on to muslims or something

Have any of you even read the blog in question here? None of it seems "attacking",but it gets attacked by the posted article and people on this thread.

Let me be very clear about one thing, I am not anti-gay nor am I here to judge homosexuals not worthy of their rightful and respectful place among society. However, I draw the line at the idea of redefining traditional marriage to include homosexual relationships, as equal. Meaning, that as a Christian, I believe that acting on same-sex attraction is contrary to God's will, and therefore SSM should not be legalized. Because I hold this value and voice it freely, does not mean that I am trying to force it on anyone - anymore than those who feel opposite and advocate for their position intend to force SSM on me, personally - both have the right [to freely advocate an oppositional position] and should not be demonized, regardless of where society takes us, as a whole.

She goes out of the way to make it clear she is just stating her beliefs.
