About 6'3", 186 lbs. I used to weigh 230 lbs. until I put my mind to exercising and losing weight.

I used to weigh about 300lbs ( and it wasn't muscle for sure lolz ). But got down to and been rockin about 190lbs @ 6'1" for the last year or so.
