Rather they are just building anticipations for a spinoff line of toys. And TBH, the article makes a lot of sense.

What's telling you S3 wasn't second-to last season? It is all but sure that the show will continue for more than 1 season, so it could have fit in the right time frame.

I think it's hard to say who is stronger than the other because one is a pegasi and the other an earth pony. That would be like comparing oranges and apples. Rainbow Dash has a definitive advantages with her wings. That's a 3rd pair of limbs, which is one more than Applejack. That must give her some additional strenght to beat Applejack in things like tug rope. Then again, her wings have to support her own weight if she is to fly, so she must have pretty strong whooves. I think Applejack has a stronger pair of rear hooves from all the applebucking she does on her farm. This gives her an advantage in things like height jumping, but what's this compared to flying? I think they both have their strengths and weaknesses and we shouldn't compare both because of the nature of the ponies. We would have to take Dash's wings off than have both compete against each other to really know. But the only that has happened is during the Falling of the Leaves marathon and both spent the whole race fighting rather than running.

I think it would make a huge difference for some characters while others could fit in this role pretty well. I mean, how much people thought Rainbow Dash was a guy for a while? The fact that she is tomboyish makes it easier to imagine her as a guy, and the R63 of Rainbow Dash wouldn't change much. Twilight and Applejack, even thought they are more "girlish" than RD could easily survive the switch without too much changes. Now, Rarity and Pinkie Pie could be switched too, but that would require a few more changes to their character. But I can't really imagine how Fluttershy would look like as a guy. I am aware that this is stereotypes and all, but Fluttershy's character seems suitable pretty much only for girls. Then again, I could be mistaken and realize how awesome Flutterdude could be. I would definitively watch it because I watched MLP beforehand, but I have yet to see how the Colt 6 will look like before making my mind about it. Can't say I would love it or hate it right off the bat.

I admit a few habits have come out from watching MLP: Big Mac's Eeyup and Eenope. Pinkie's Okie Dokie Lokie and use of the word silly Rarity's It Is On Rainbow's 20% cooler Twilight's gesture to calm down Sunshine sunshine, lady bugs awake Nah, just kidding Other random quotes from the show like "Foreveeeeeer" I now refer to fistbumps as brohoofs. I sing pony songs. It starts in my head but eventually I sing aloud. Recently I sing Winter Wrap Up a lot And a final one, not from the show per se, but I tend to use "Because, ponies" as a random explanation in discussion.

Yog-Sunlove Ageless Cosmic entity Spirit of the Sun A cosmic entity that reigned on Equestria before even it's inception. It is known as being the key, the gate and the guardian of Equestria at the same time. This entity created Equestria from the void and is known as being the seal that holds it together. Upon creating Equestria, this entity created all the beings that were to uphold life in Equestria. Amongst others, it created Discord. Discord was the embodiement of chaos meant to balance the order brought upon by the sisters Celestia and Luna. As Discord turned Equestria into chaos, the entity tried to stop him, but was overpowered by the master of chaos, who had the power to change the fabric of reality, including its. It was then reduced to a ball banished far behind the dark clouds that reigned over Equestria. It was too late however when Celestia defeated Discord and returned order and peace to the world. It was reduced to the state of a luminous little ball floating over the horizon. This transformation wasn't in vain thought, as it brought an important source of energy that could protect the world from evil: Light. The entity took the shortened name of Sun, and awarded to Celestia control over Equestria. Celestia therefore took the title of Princess of the Sun and was given the responsability to look over the Equestria at day time. -- Mixing Lovecraft and My Little Pony is probably the single most awesome thing I have done so far. I hope you love my story of Light and The Sun. I thought it would be nice to have the origin and the source of life in Equestria be the sun, as Celestia, it's eternal ruler, is the princess of the sun. And Yog-Sogoth seemed to be a perfect match for this role, being an cosmic entity that is said to be at the creation of reality, that, according to Lovecraft, looks like "a congeries of iridescent globes" (A group of luminous balls).

This day couldn't happen in a better time this year because we are expecting a measly little 40 cm of snow. So much for welcoming spring and bringing back the southern birds.
