  1. I think it depends on the individual kid and what their parents have introduced them to. All three of my kids enjoy watching both old and new cartoons.
  2. Fairy Tail Zero is a prequel that shows how the Fairy Tail guild formed and the first guild master Mavis is the main character. I'm only a few episodes in this arc and it's interesting to see the history of this anime.
  3. Fairy Tail. I'm currently at the Fairy Tail Zero arc, getting close to being caught up to the most recent episodes.
  4. Not sure if this counts but I'm gonna be voicing a character in a video game soon (just waiting for the audition deadline on castingcall.club to be up and my director will be sending me and my castmates the scripts) so at least my voice will be put into the game.
  5. Thanks for the kind responses everyone. It's good to be back here.
  6. Hi everyone. I joined this forum back in 2013 and haven't posted in years. I wasn't acting like myself at all then because I was so focused on pretending to be someone else in order to appease my parents (who convinced me that nobody would ever accept my true self). For years I just kept denying the truth about myself and convinced myself to... well, act; to try to be the "woman" that "everyone else" wanted me to be. In 2015 I finally accepted the truth that I'm a transgender guy and I've come a long way since I started socially transitioning in late 2015/early 2016. I still struggle with severe depression, anxiety (social and generalized) and OCD but things have gotten tremendously better since I realized that it was dysphoria that was causing so much agony throughout the years. I stopped watching MLP:FIM during a rough patch in my life but have been getting back into it and the actors who all worked on it really inspire me to get my voice out there. I'm a beginner voice actor now and I've been getting training from my favorite voice actor (through his live webinar classes), and I hope to eventually work with Tara, Tabitha, Andrea, Ashleigh, Cathy, and pretty much every voice actor I've looked up to. I still fear being rejected for who I am, but things have gotten a lot better since 2013. And I guess, despite it making the dysphoria worse, my natural speaking voice is good for portraying certain characters. So back to the topic of this great show; one thing I love about the series as a whole is how well the main characters are portrayed by their actresses. You can just tell they were dedicated and put a lot of love into their work.
  7. The most painful thing I've ever gone through was giving birth to my son. I was hoping I'd be one of those rare and very few lucky people who don't experience as much pain and can give birth naturally. I ended up getting an epidural which wore off right as my son was being born. It was brutal and I screamed like the lead singer of a death metal band, but my baby was totally worth it all.
  8. Digimon Tamers Powerpuff Girls Adventure Time Rugrats/All Grown Up Gravity Falls Spongebob Avatar Total Drama Island
  9. As much as I love Friendship Is Magic, Digimon Tamers will always be my all time favorite show. I also enjoy Trailer Park Boys, The Simpsons and South Park a little more than FIM.
  10. My three greatest fears are: 1) Something terrible happening to my son. I don't know what I'd do if he were to die or be kidnapped or God knows what. 2) Something terrible happening to my fiance. 3) Failing at all of my goals in life.
  11. Halloween is gonna be very different for me this year. I used to stay up late watching horror movies. This year I'll be trying to get as much sleep as I can during the night due to me having my newborn son. I'm still gonna watch some horror movies though.
  12. It's parents like these that make me lose faith in humanity. They sound like a bunch of extremist sanctimommies who do more harm than good to their children. I myself am a young parent but I'm also a pegasister. I'll be very happy if my son turns out to be a brony when he gets older.
  13. My routine revolves around feeding and taking care of my newborn son. There have been many times where he's been a little night owl and refuses to sleep for hours at a time. We had a pretty good night last night though. He crashed out easily and woke up to eat only twice. We both managed to get plenty of rest and woke up at 9 in the morning to start our morning "routine". Every time he wakes up I feed him, change him, talk to him and then cuddle him til he falls asleep in my arms. My little monkey doesn't enjoy sleeping in his crib yet so I have to wait until he's in a deep sleep before I can put him in there.
  14. I actually just had my baby boy on labor day. I'm very happy that he's a boy and wouldn't change anything about him for the world. My fiance has a daughter from a previous relationship and I've always wanted one of each. It's a nice balance to our family.
  15. I chose a picture of my newborn son as my avatar. He's a very sweet little boy and I think it'd be awesome if he grew up to be a brony.
  16. 1) Something terrible happening to my baby boy: I'm 26 weeks pregnant with him (I think that's six months) and I've already started gaining these fears. I fear that he may be born stillborn or something bad might happen to him either before or during his birth. I also fear doctors/nurses being too rough with him when he is born. I fear baby kidnappers taking him away from me and sociopathic child killers. I just want him to be healthy, alive and safe and for him to grow up to be happy and successful in whatever he wants to do when he grows up. 2) Something terrible happening to my fiance: We've been together for three years and if we wanted to leave each-other, it would've been done a long time ago. What I do fear though is if anything were to happen to him such as him ending up in a coma or dying. 3) Dying during my pregnancy/dying before I get to see my boy grow up: This one speaks for itself. Not only do I want my son to be born safely, but I want to get to experience watching him grow up and leading him towards the right direction in life.
  17. Yum! Toasted bacon and tomato sandwich
  18. No...the cake is a lie. What is the best moral system?

  20. Sure. I love ponies. To the poster below: don't worry. This guy in my avatar is very friendly. He's voiced by Steven Blum.
