Bad things about your favorite episode
They call me Loyalty replied to Crapplejack's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
Pinkie Pie in Wonderbolt Academy. That is the "bad thing" from my point of view. Pinkie pie's behavior during the whole episode, overreacting in every single thing she does, isn't fun at all. I find her quite annoying at the current state. This really concerns me. I liked her better before, when she was funny and strange but also clever and balanced. The Pinkie pie from the first seasons... I miss her. -

Season one: Griffon the Brush Off Well, I could say a lot of nice things about this episode, mainly because the only one I disliked, was how Gilda treated Fluttershy. In fact, that little scene made this episode my least favourite, even If the overall chapter was good. It hurts me to see that. Season two: Dragon Quest How Spike saved the little fenix egg to take care of it. Actually is funny because over third season, in just for sidekicks he seems to give a *uck about the little animals' safety. Weird how some writers just mess up with this character's behavior and personality just for the sake of an episode like... this one, without caring too much about the character' development. Season tree: Spike at your service Again the same problem. Spike acts like a dumb along the whole episode. He is not being himself, and that ruins even more the plot, which I think was already way too ruined. And that Cell-shading on the timberwolfs... What were they thinking?! Though Rarity's boutique scene was very funny to me. Apologies for my english.

Unless there is some kind of twisted plot hidden behind Celestia since the begining, which I don't think so, due to the ruler is somehow related with almost every lesson the mane six have learned thus far. But maybe it could be true, and would be awesome indeed, although this is unlikely to happen. I think Twilight transformation was just an idea developed by Hasbro, just for the sake of their monetary situation. But the writers didn't get time to make it believable in the plot. A real shame. Apologies for my english.

Do You Support Twilicorn?
They call me Loyalty replied to ~Master~ Button Mash's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
Unfortunately the writers had to handle this nonsensical idea developed by Hasbro, and at the end they couldn't make it fit right in the show. Or at least I felt it that way. Such a rushed change without any base, that is hard to handle without the proper plot roots to bound it into the story progression in a believable way. And so the tree without roots, grew as fast as it crashed into the ground, hurting the overall quality and the common sense in the the plot progressión. Losing credibility is equal to lose depth. Without any depht was kinda hard to relate myself with such big a change. Change that probably will end up being shallow due to the probable continuity in the story line. But then wat was the reason for such a big change beyond selling more toys? Will the writers be able to come up with some good new ideas based around twilight's change? Probably yes! Does this make the Twlight's transformation a good change? I don't think so. Because good ideas could have been developed without even touching the alicorn matter. So we'll see...- 1,021 replies

Whos Fault was it, Fluttershy Or Iron Will?
They call me Loyalty replied to Mywas's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
I don't think it was her fault at all. Even though Ironwill's methods were a little bit too much excessives. People like Fluttershy usually carry many difficulties for express themselves, which causes emotional overflows. So basically, they can't handle a difficulty situation without emotionally explode. What I'm saying is that Fluttershy's heart is like a valve tightly closed, that means that, usually, she can only express just a little bit of her emotions even through big efforts, leading to accumulate emotions over pressure, during extended periods of time. This kind of behaviour may have been caused due to her family (maybe dysfunctional) and her environment along her childhood (probably harmful) which I believe, was the reason why her heart closed as a natural reflex in a sensitive person. So she needed to show how upset she was, so deal with the problem itself, forcing the preassure that leads to an emotional explotion, of which she had no control at all. She couldn't otherwise. Here some theories: Dysfunctional family may cause -> Lack of development in her confidence, which lead to -> Lack of will to push herself to get better, causing -> Poor flying skills -> that may be the reason why his childhood environment took her as a point to make fun of her -> This may be the reason why her heart get closed, becoming the Fluttershy that we actually knew at the show's beginning. She mentioned being shy since her childhood, so I think the problem might be her family. Maybe she never hasn't had a father, just her mother, which I think may be reason for such overdeveloped sensitivity. A "professional" like Ironwill should have been noticed this, but hey! Just headcanon this last part. Sorry for my english. It's not my first language. -
What to do? Being able to easily relate myself in a deep degree with most of MLP messages as also feel an amazing afinity with their main characters, is what keeps me being a Brony. So I don't need to do anything but just be myself. And even If I haven't ever had any close touch with the fandom, and just recently (yesterday or so) have joined to my first My little pony Forum (this site) even If I'm following MLP:FIM since 2012, that wouldn't change the fact that I love MLP and always will, for what it's. So knowing that the feelings inside my heart tend to grow, never to perish, despite the hardest conditions, I'm fine. Though sometimes I find my exciment a little bit over the top, so try to canalize it making some excercise or drawing my inspiration into a paper. At the moment, trying to chill my excitement and concerns about fourth Season. Apologies for my english.

Who has thought of going to Equestria when they die?
They call me Loyalty replied to AstroNova's topic in Sugarcube Corner
Unfortunately I have planned many things for when my departure times arrives. But Equestria. Count me in! It would amazing to meet everypony and then even spend some time learning everything about their society, their culture and history. I would like to know mainly about the Pony renaissance period, If such a thing ever existed of course. -
anyone else finds the whole "20% cooler" a bit annoying?
They call me Loyalty replied to Mywas's topic in Sugarcube Corner
For me just depends on how it's used, and by whom. Some of them are cool, some other are not cool at all. The core behind the phrase itself has been lost, which of course should be a natural and spontaneous personality. It seems as if some people were trying to push themselves to sound like someone cool without even being one to begin with. Sorry for my english. -

Having a personality that, regarding this matter, is a mix between Rainbow dash and Fluttershy is even harder. Due to that pain compression usually leads to the explosión itself, I really can't close my eyes by own will to any unfair matter. "The higher the sensitive in your heart, the closer you will be to fully understand the value of everything in this life" Problem is that this usually leads me to take almost any insult, really close to my heart. I can understand they probably had a harsh life as well, but that doesn't give them any right to act like that. And is kinda hard for me to remain unaltered against something unfair. There is people outside that is sensitive and might be suffering for such selfish acts. Yes, maybe I earned some respect by casting fear upon many "people" during my life. But couldn't otherwise, was actually impossible to show them respect, and then expect for them to take it as a deed of consideración instead of inferiority or submission. Suffering is a great teacher. Maybe not the most fair, but it's indeed. But to be able to learn something from it, you have keep it in your heart, thing that the hater usually doesn't tend to do because is painful. So that is the reason why I use fear as last resource, as barrier contention for the pain itself, which teach the soul to apreciate the good things in this life. I called it "contrast reaction" Like the value of little flame in the middle of cold a night. The bigger the night, the greater will be the flame's value. Yeah, I'm not only studying psychology. Anyway, apologies for my english. Is not my first language.

Am I The Only Person That Loathes Derpy Hooves?
They call me Loyalty replied to MLPForums Phanact's topic in Sugarcube Corner
I don't dislike Derpy, but I don't like her, either. Neutral here, just like with almost every single background pony. But in the other hand. Until now she just doesn't only managed to almost kill Twilight. But also made more expensive the quantity needed to fix up the Town hall, by screwing up the thing, which probably ended up putting a lot of extra pressure over Applejack's shoulders during the tournament. The only message that the writers managed to deliver through Derpy in the show, was something like this "If you are not "normal" don't even try, unless you want to screw up everything" At the show itself, she was nothing but a laughing stock. And that's not a good message to people with lower IQ. Apologies for my english, it isn't my first language. -
Probably he managed to get trough his life just abusing a little bit too much from his nobility title, this has been feeding his ego, which could be the reason for his narcisism. But seems like he was developed just for the sake of rarity's worst night ever, and just that. A pretty shallow character, though quite funny If you ask me.

How and when did you become a brony?
They call me Loyalty replied to Mint Petal's topic in Sugarcube Corner
Time ago I never happened to think that was just a show for "little girls". At the contrary, I thought MLP pony was something "dark" due to my bad luck at the beginning, finding only fandom stuff... the "bad" kind of stuff. But such a great success between mostly adult males; just for the sake of some "wierd" minds... and the name... that couldn't be the true. So due to my love for psychology, came up to my mind an idea; theorize an answer for such phenomenon without having ever touched any kind of information regarding the show. I Spent many days analyzing social statistics, growing patterns, family, education, etc. Then that was applied to a reduced group as a simplified example for my theory. It looked like If the expectation and requirements, from the environment (Society) around the subjects, were trying and/or expecting to dehumanize thereof. So If my final resolution were okay. The message from the show should be, in fact, a remembrance message regarding the forgotten or never learned traits in "the group" Something quite positive and mostly likeable from my point of view. So I finally decided to take a look at the show, starting from the begining... and it was exactly like I was expecting it to be! Just watched up until episode three, and then I tried to keep up with my own things, but suddenly wanted to watch just one more episode... just to be sure about my theory. Or at least that was what I thought. Without even noticing, I had already watched until episode 18. Happened so fast that I became brony even without realizing it. This happened close to the end of season 2 and was great, loved the show since that very moment! Sorry for my english, isn't my first lenguage.
