    Hi Candy, We had major outages across all of Poniverse today which are still being resolved. We generally record outages at our Status Page. Due to our extended community and partner ties we are usually informed of outages within a few minutes, as we were with this case. Sometimes it passes in a few minutes, other times it requires our intervention. Sorry about that.

    I think I should mention that working for Poniverse is awesome - but you do have to put in the effort that your job requires. Can't wait to see who gets brought on so I can beat them up welcome them.

    I would say myself that something has shorted or corroded. Best thing to do would be to open it up and check for corrosion on the connector between the display/motherboard. It's more likely to be a borked display so you may be able to get away with a display replacement. However, as always, OPENING YOUR PHONE VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY. It's best to get it repaired by an authorised repair center.

    I wouldn't think age matters too much given that based on your profile I'm younger than you. I'd guess (don't take my word for it) if you have decent writing skills it should be fine.

    Modern Foreign Languages. Haaate. Equally, I also hate Math, but that's because I'm useless at it. IT is another subject I hate, not because I don't like it (rather the opposite), but that the teachers are totally incompetent.
