    Me and my daughter went door to door Christmas caroling with a group from our church. The looks on the faces of some of the people - they couldn't believe carolers showed up. It was a lot of fun .

      It's nuts. NY state determined that my rate is affordable (I'm on COBRA due to being terminated btw) -- I'm going to send them my new rate and see if I can get on the Obamacare again with a tax credit...

      I had co-workers who were paying $50 for the same plan. Since I was on a family plan, it was $1000 even when I was working!

       

      Far cry from when I was a City employee, then premiums were $0.

    Yes. All the time as a kid, and I've felt people make fun of me now. I'm short (5'6) and a tad awkward and shy. Even though I'm constantly improving with time and I'd count myself successful at life. Married, kids, home owner, potential business owner....my cousins still think me a fool, though.
