I'm a black belt in tae kwon do, so I do lots sparring. I've gotten punched in the jaw a couple times, but it's all fun. The downside is that we have to put on sparring gear and it's hard to put on by yourself.

I love playing music while I study. I want to start animating I want to write fan fiction, especially WoW I'm a WoW player with seven characters of different races and classes(not including the undead hunter I set aside for my brother), with my prime and highest-leveled character being a night elf druid. I get absorbed into novels as easily as gaming. I say to people that I'm half-Philipino, half-American, but I'm also Scottish, Dutch, American Indian, and a bunch of other ethnicities thanks to my relatives and ancestors on my father's side. I have an IEP for autistic spectrum disorder, but it's mild enough that teachers don't need to do anything special for me unless I ask. I used to cry and have panic attacks in elementary school, but teacher help and my own peers bullying me has made me a calm and stoic person. Bullying also made me a bit anti-social. I like to wear clothes that make me look a bit scholarly and I like to wear a very loose tank top over a white or black undershirt.

gaming Without it, your Pokemon team isn't complete
MagicalStarRain replied to ~Sugar Sprinkles~'s topic in Media Discussion
Eevee is vital to my team, although I evolve it into a different form every game(my favorite being Espeon). It also doesn't feel complete without my starter(which is usually Grass). -
How much of a misfit do you think you are?
MagicalStarRain replied to Commander Bubbles's topic in General Discussion
Other girls in my school wear skinny jeans, popular brand names, and pretty much whatever clothing is hot at the moment and they part their hair. I just wear boot-cut jeans, shirts from Northface, L.L. Bean(as well as a pair of Bean boots), REI, and a jacket from Tokyo Five and I have bangs (and I occasionally wear collared, button-up shirts). I'm also a quiet and aloof person with a mild autistic spectrum disorder who prefers books, studying Japanese, and drawing over texting friends and Facebook. Due to my nature, no one really knows who I am and I don't know them. Yup, I'm very much a misfit. At least I have a group of friends who are misfits like me. -
I got white on the quiz. I kind of expected to get blue or purple, but I guess it fits me just the same.

post Post what you're wearing right now!
MagicalStarRain replied to Commander Frost's topic in Forum Lounge
Dark blue jeans with a brown, braided belt and a pink, short-sleeved shirt. I'm also wearing a grey, Tokyo-Five zip-up hoodie with kanji symbols on it. It's zipped-up, but not all the way. -
Technically I'm an only child, but I do have a half-brother. We don't see each other much since I live with my father in one state and he lives with my mother in another. We don't have too much in common, but I do feel that it's my job, almost my sworn duty, to make sure that he doesn't get hurt in any way. I probably seem like a cold, aloof sister around him at times(and in many ways I am), but I really do care for him. In turn, he tends to copy me(he even had me create an Undead character on my WOW account).

Someone startles you. Your reaction?
MagicalStarRain replied to yayayayayala's topic in General Discussion
Jump, then continue on with what I was doing. In other situations though… let me just say that I'm pretty good at backhand strikes. -

gaming Part 2! if you had a final boss theme for yourself!
MagicalStarRain replied to Fantasma Phantasm's topic in Media Discussion
If I were a final boss, I would've been the arrogant martial artist who decided to defy her master and go down a dark path in the name of power. Therefore, this would be my theme! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7uu1WZH4jA -

I know that there are many videos on how to deal with bullying, but what about videos on how to NOT be a bully?

I wear black and white New Balance shoes and brown Bean boots. The New Balance shoes are thick enough to add an extra inch to my height, while my Bean boots are pretty stylish and good for bad weather.

@@AnonBrony, House Moon and Star - Canterlot Castle Star Rain gave a small laugh at his last comment. In mock anger, she asked,"Who's the bad mage here, me or you? I bet you were really reading comics from the Enchanted Comics section of the library during study hours!" She laughed throughout the whole thing, but part of her was a bit sad about the reading part. She still remembered reading books like The Rithmatist all the time aside from the spell books she had to study for school. That was before she became Twilight's apprentice, before Ginseng died. It's only been a year, but it feels like a millennia. Scratch that, it feels like an entire eon. A feeling of nostalgia was taking over Star Rain and it began to show quite clearly. (OOC: The Rithmatist is a novel by Brandon Sanderson revolves around a boy named Joel and his fascination with Rithmatics, a magic system that uses geometric shapes and patterns to combat two-dimensional creatures known as Chalkings. This may give you some ideas for House Moon and Star!) -
Let it snow..Let it snow... Let it ice?
MagicalStarRain replied to Celestial Wish's topic in General Discussion
We've had so much snow in Virginia that we got a second winter break(the following week, we only spent two days in school). We're supposed to get more snow this evening or tonight. -

@@AnonBrony, Star Rain followed Eternity through the castle, much less tired than she was a few seconds ago. "So how come we're going to be the ones meeting with Foaledo's mayor? Wouldn't she take along some pony else who's, oh I don't know, stronger?" she asked. Well, maybe because we probably won't have to fight any pony. Then again, the freaking Archmagister isn't above using torture and the like. Congratulations to me for figuring that out the hard way... @, Berry held her head up high at the sound of what she perceived as a compliment. "Lady Rarity hoof picks every single guard for her inner circle, and I just happen to be one of those ponies! Though it's not really that special since Lady Sweetie Belle has the highest defense out of all the higher-ups." They eventually came to the front desk, where Berry explained the whole situation. In a short time, Star Belle was put on a stretcher and pushed away. The praetor pony then rubbed Myopia's back a little. "Just in case your back was hurting from carrying that mare," she said with a smile. -

@@AnonBrony, Well, that's better. Alright, just concentrate… Star Rain levitated an arrow out of her quiver, strung it to the bowstring, and rested it on the arrow rest of the bow(which was also levitating now). She pulled it back to it's full draw length, aimed, fired, and missed. She had aimed too high and the arrow sunk itself into the tree five inches away from the target. Knowing from experience what response to expect from a pony like Dorado, she stared at the arrow she fired with a blank look. @,@@Windbreaker, North Shine simply gave Noble a teasing look as she began to follow the two of them. "You're probably just going to get lost around town, so just ask me about how to navigate the whole place, alright? My friends call me street-smart for a VERY good reason, you know," she said cheerfully.
