    im not going to spam the thread with Lyra pics in order to sway voters. everyone who cares to vote has already seen what each canidate has to offer, so continuing the trend seems meaningless. However, ill post my two favorite pics of each competitor and let the pieces fall where they may. One last time, good luck to both competitors, and may the most attractive pony win!

    My highest respect goes out to all the Twilight Sparkle fans. You guys fought hard and gave us one hell of a back and forth through this entire round. It was exciting, and never seemed one sided. Win or lose, we had a worthy adversary, and it was a pleasure to meet you guys on the battlefield.

    #1 choice: id wanna be Cloud Chaser, so i could have a sweet ass mane and hang out with Flitter all day #2 choice: Spitfire, same reason as above; sweet mane. #3 choice: Carrot Top. i enjoy carrots, and she seems to live a very laid back lifestyle. i dont mind a gender flip either, im mostly looking at the quality of lifestyle the pony has and if i want to upgrade to their lifestyle. Curse Lyra wouldnt be so bad either, since im fairly introverted to begin with.

    Hard drive space isnt TOO important, as most of my media will stay on my desktop and possibly be streamed, if the tablet can stream from a linux platform. i imagine that my tablet habits will be the same as my netbook. install a few useful apps, couple games, and use it mostly for net related activities. i think i have a 16gb SSD in my netbook, and i still have a solid 10gb to spare. shows how much stuff i save on it. i honestly didnt want a tablet till i started reading fanfics online, and now i want to do it in more comfort. screen size might be the deciding factor when it comes to my purchase. i like the 7" on the Nexus, as it will be easier to one hand, which will be great of bedtime reading. 10" screens are tempting too though, as i will be able to get more text onscreen at once, as well as have an expanded view of websites. tough decision ive been watching vids and reading input on both the Se7en and Transformer, so those are my top 2 right now. still open to additional suggestions though, as i have all the time in the world to research them.

    As many of you working class ponies know, its the beginning of a new year, which means its almost tax return time. That fabled time of year when we're able to buy something fun if we desire, and this year is no different. However, ive decided to take the plunge and purchase some sort of tablet to replace my netbook. Its not that my netbook is bad, i just have different needs and my netbook just doesnt do it anymore. i sound like im breaking up with it... anyway, lets talk tablets im mostly looking for recommendations or suggestions on what i would fit my needs best. Lately ive been into reading fanfics at night, so i need a tablet that will do that and do it well, which i assume is 99.99991% of them. I dont want to spend more then $350 USD, and it doesnt have to be 3G/4G/90G or whatever is the latest form of high speed cellular internet, as ill primarily be using it from the safety of my home. besides reading and browsing, ill most likely dabble in videos and whatever dumb apps i install on the thing. All this being said, im torn between the Nexus 7 32G and the Asus Transformer 16GB. i like the portability of the Nexus, but the screen might be a bit small. i gain a ton of storage, but im not sure ill ever need it all. Buying the Transformer will cut my storage space in half, but i gain 4 inches of screen space, which will be better for reading and general browsing, plus it has a card slot, so i could always expand if i needed. however, the added bulk might make it uncomfortable to hold while reading in bed. the difference is price is roughly $100, if anyone is curious. i demod the Transformer at gamestop and liked it, but i still need to try the Nexus before i choose between them. All that being said: what do you guys use/own and what would you reccomend? dont say ipad either, i refuse to be tied to itunes. TL;DR version: i want to buy a tablet thats not an ipad. what do you guys use?

    So, that pic brings an interesting point. Why would Discord drink Yoo-Hoo when he can produce chocolate milk rain? Yoo-Hoo is basically chocolate water, so it seems as a bit of a downgrade. poor Bonnie looks completely terrified too.

    my first brushables was Lyra (and trixie), so i was subconsciously becoming a fan of hers before i realized it. Pinpointing the appeal in Lyra can be difficult, but for me it comes down to the spunky flirty mane and the bright orange eyes. sure, shes not the most original looking pony in the show, but shes far from bland or uninteresting looking. some can see her appeal, some cant... but isnt that true with everything in life?

    i hate both words, and dont even consider myself a "brony" just because im into ponies. i consider myself a "Equestriast" which is my take on being a pony purist. brony is just too close to a "bro" lifestyle (you know the types) or brownies, which are tasty treats.

    Rainbow Dash would be Massachusetts. Shes brash, shes loud, shes obnoxious, and shes in your face, just like all the good people of Boston. i could see her rocking a Bruins jersey and getting into fights after a Dropkicks concert lol. it just fits her personality.

    Rainbow Dash, of course. Her likeness is on alot of the accessories, and most of the most welll known catch phrases are from her. I can blame her for getting me into MLP, or atleast planting the seed subliminally.

    majority of people dont even bother to read the attached thread, they just see the poll and vote accordingly.. then forget about it. im ok with this though, because atleast its honest. i think alot of us are just posting pics for the sake of posting pics, just because we support one canidate over the other. this isnt the war though, this is merely a battle. the final round is the war.

    im honestly, a little disappointed in the quality of the vinyl figure. theres too many mold lines and spots where the vinyl should be smoother. im just being picky though, as i used to build model kits as a kid and would meticulously remove all imperfections as i worked on each kit. im tempted to sand out the imperfections and do some touch up painting. not too tempted though. but hey.. what can you expect. theyre mass produced in china and sold for less then $20.
