    Personally, i find Fluttershy to be absolutely adorable, but im more attracted to Lyra. I think her musical background speaks to my artistic side more then Fluttershy's connection with nature. I feel a connection to nature, but its not as strong as my thirst to create. While i might not create music, i have a stronger sense of attachment to those who also create things, the artistic types.

    innocent plots, appealing likable characters, catching fun songs, nods to pop culture, plenty of funny moments i also like it because it brinngs me back to my childhood when cartoons were actually good. theyre so few and far between these days thats its almost refreshing to watch one that has all the qualities of the cartoons from a former era and ponies are cute. thats enough for me.

    the background pony is running circles around the foreground pony. we cant use their positioning on the show as an excuse as to why theyre winning or losing, as that shit doesnt matter. The fact of the matter is that Lyra has had a strong showing for the entire competition, so she isnt here by accident, nor did she squeak by. Every round was a fight for her, and she stuck it out and made it this far. Love her or hate her, the cold hard truth is that she has alot of fans around here, and shes beating the ponies that everyone else assumed would decimate the competition. Fear the underdogs, they go into fights with zero to lose and everything to gain. The fight will always be bigger on that side of the fence.

    i dont know... i think theyre kinda cute. i would be bummed if i opened the package and they werent FIM characters, but theyre not completely terrible either. Michaels sells MLP activity books too, but i dont have a use for them... as much as i want some. gotta draw the proverbial line somewhere.

    gonna bust out the quills and indian ink to do some calligraphy? gotta do that shit by candlelight with a fireplace going in the background. keep it proper right? lol im kinda torn between the two. pens are better for writing, pencils for drawing. the big difference lies in the life of each tool. pens will write for far longer then a pencil will, and if you break the pencil, you cant use it again without a sharpener or some sort of abrasion stone to give it a new tip. Pens also make you more careful, as theres no eraser, so youre less likely to make mistakes when using one. my choice? the pen. more reliable with a longer service life, but it doesnt have the same rustic charm as a good ol #2

    well im disappointed. what made this torny so much fun was the back and forths, the voting battles, the pic wars in the threads, etc. its all but faded out, like all the Fluttershy fans just backed off and gave up. Both ponies are here for a reason, and the fight is completely one sided. come on Fluttershy fans! rally your troops and close that gap!

    i dont always drink soda, but when i do... its either coke zero, mtn dew, or barqs. i used to drink alot of soda, then i started exercising more and drinking less. saw some results, and now i drink it sparingly

    im most likely going with the Nexus 7, but i still have 3 weeks to wait before my tax return comes in, sooo ill keep my ears/eyes open and see what else is out there. i loved the Transformer that i demoed, but i feel the 10" screen is overkill for my needs, as well as bulkier then i would like. ive been reading reviews on the Samsung Tab 2 as well, so thats another option. ive had the same netbook for 3 years now, and ive had the same laptop for 6 years, havent upgraded either of them... just replaced parts. i like desktops as much as the next person, you just cant take them to bed and read under the covers, which is my main draw for wanting a tablet to begin with. the whole "disposable electronics" thing doesnt bother me either, as it only adds up to like $11 a month... and i spend more then that on Java Monsters every month. that thought is actually kinda scary.. anyway, moving on. ipads. cant do it. im primarly a Linux user and i cant be tied to itunes at all. my netbook runs XP, so i COULD have itunes available to me, but it puts a bit of strain on the meager 1.6ghz cpu thats already in the thing, so its not really a viable option. not to mention theres options out there for similar or less money, with basically the same features. im not willing to pay extra for a logo and the chicness. its just not important enough to me, and they really dont do anything better or worse then anything else on the market.

    Cloudchaser would be runner up in my book, right behind her sister. Dat mane is just too cool to ignore, and her color combination gives her a mix of icy and warm at the same time. love her.

    Mines Flitter, so ill break it down. 1. Her voice. her lil slur when she talks is friggen adorable. 2. Her color scheme. The pale purple matched up with her light blue mane and bright purple eyes? set it off with the pink bow and shes a lil cutie pie. 3. Her sister. Come on... Cloudy is awesome. 4. Shes a pegasis, and everyone knows that theyre the most attractive looking ponies ok so theres only 4, but shes a background pony with very little screen time. still love her though.

    lol, thats why id wanna BE Cloudchaser, so i could hang out with Flitter. So technically, you'd be hanging out with me, since i would be Cloudy so i could hang out with Flitter. i do believe this just went full circle.

    Being a pony means you BECOME that pony. You lose all of your human traits, your memories, your mannerisms, etc. You dont get to be a human stuck in a pony body or know anything prior to the swap. You would just wake up one day and continue the life the pony lead before the souls were swapped. Example: id wake up one morning and not want to get up because this cloud is so soft and comfortable. Flitter would bother me and force me out of bed because its time to work. Clouds arent going to move themselves. i groan, and get up anyway. brush the mane, stretch, have something to eat and start my day. no where in those moments do i think about driving the truck from my human life, or the internet, or having to go to my day job, simply because it never existed to me. i am the pony i chose. i wouldnt remember hanging out at the bar as a human yesterday because my memories would be replaced by the ponies, etc. its difficult to explain... but you would have to give up everything that makes you who you are in exchange to become the pony of your choosing. you would never consciously know that you were ever human.
