Season 5 Predictions/Hopes

I want to see a day in the life Celestia and Luna episode to finally expand on their characters and their relationship a bit more.

You should check out their issues of the micro-series.  Still, would be nice to see them explored more.

 

I have Season 5 will premiere in 2015 which is the Chinese Year of the Goat and it has 26 episodes in it.

I think that the CMC will get their cutie marks. I think that they will all get the same cutie mark: The CMC logo. It shows that their special talent is being together, and striving to find themselves.

-A 100% Luna and Celestia episode would be undeniably, chalk full of amazing fun. This needs to happen.

 

-A season opener or closer that doesn't almost exclusively follow Twilight? Yes please. So much yes. This would really test the other 5 and would give us a really really great episode. This is one of the things I honestly think the show needs, not what I personally just want.

 

-The Mane 6 being the Mane 6. This is crucial because it's awesome.

 

Other than that, I could take or leave anything else.

It'd be my dreams coming true... I really want an episode, in which Main 5 (+ Spike?) have to save Twilight. Friendship works both ways. As much as they need her, she needs them even more. Besides, while the two last episodes of season 4 were epic, I wanted to see more of Main 5, not only Twi and princesses.

A few random things I would like to see in Season 5,

 

-King Sombra and Queen Chrysalis return in some sort of form. Also another Iron Will appearance would be cool

-Rainbow Dash gets to sing a song

-More random pairs that get their own episode (Who else would like to see a Pinkie & Rainbow Dash episode where they're pulling random pranks?)

-Season 4 had amazing music. Keep this up in Season 5.

She's the only pony in the Mane Six who still doesn't have one. I also hope to have more backstory on Applejack's family like her parents and also more backstory on Trixie and some other ponies whose backstories would be interesting.

Find a Pet doesn't count?  If they do give her a song, I hope it's something in a similar style to Find a Pet... I can't imagine Rainbow Dash doing some giant dramatic musical number.  Even though I love those types of songs, it just doesn't work with Rainbow Dash's personality.  Find a Pet was perfect for her because it was much more subtle singing and had the feel of a conversation which I think is fitting for her.

 

Anyway what I'd like to see, like I'm sure a million others have said is an episode going more in depth on Luna and Celestia.  Just make Luna's micro series comic into an episode and I can die happy.

Find a Pet doesn't count?  If they do give her a song, I hope it's something in a similar style to Find a Pet... I'll still like to have Dash have a solo part even though it doesn't suit her. I just find it unfair that she doesn't get one unlike the others and the Find the Pet song was both Fluttershy and Rainbow singing together so that doesn't really count and an episode about Luna and Celestia would be awesome. I hope the writers don't focus alot in the Mane Six like they always do even though they are the main cast.

Yup, Rainbow Dash is the only one to not have a whole song to herself so yea this needs to happen   And I'd really love to see more about the Apple family, especially Applejack's parents, since we have had a confirmed hint that they are in fact dead. More of a backstory for Trixie would be interesting too

Yes to both of these too. I loved seeing how Spike looked in Secret Of My Excess, I want to see it again. And I think we all wanna know more about Discord's past

Spike is a drake, so growing wings is out of the question.  Also, when an age spell was preformed on him, he didn't grow wings.

Twilight became an alicorn because she has reached a new stage in her life.  Why not just say that you want her to move back to Canterlot and go back to being friendless?  These complaints about change have to stop.

I hope the CMC get their cutie marks, I hope for more Luna episodes, and episodes featuring just Luna and Celestia alone, I also hope for more fantastic songs, seeing all of Equestria or realms beyond, the return of Trixie, the return of Chrysalis, more mane 6 being goofy, Spike episodes, and seeing Cadance and Shining Armor interacting more.
