Okay, I suppose that this place is as food as any to ask this:

What is a Senpai? Who is that?

 

I've seen some photos poking fun at it around the internet, but I don't understand...?

It's a Japanese honorific; I'm pretty sure it's attributed to people who are your seniors, but still your peers, such as classmates that are in a higher grade than you.

It originates from anime and manga. It's someone older than you. Someone you look up to. If they give the slightest attention to you, you sort of explode. They are just really admired by you and if you are a senpai, bask in it!

Dedicate your April Fools post to them.

Leave notes like "Wingnut-sama I love you so much!" on his profile.

Temporarily change your username to "Wingnut-samaaa <3"!

Fill out an application to be moderator just because you want to follow in his footsteps. 

Be ready and willing to talk with him on Skype whenever you're both on at the same time. 

 

It might not work on every senpai but it sure worked for me.

I don't necessarily think it's creepy but others may beg to differ.  But for what it's worth, the member who got my attention does use pretty anime girls as an avvie much of the time.
