movies/tv Does anyone even remember Jetix?

Prior to Disney XD, Disney operated a TV label which much of its action/adventure shows went under called Jetix. Airing as both a Prime-time block on Toon Disney and a Morning block on ABC Family, Jetix was mainly created to archive the leftovers of the Fox Kids/Saban library after Disney's 2001 acquisition of Fox Family Worldwide, Inc., Disney also produced action cartoons under the Jetix label such as Power Rangers (Up until Saban's re-acquisition), Get Ed, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go! (Damn that's a mouthful), and Yin Yang Yo! (A lot of people didn't really like this show, but I always enjoyed it for some reason). Plus, the Toon Disney block aired Batman: TAS, AND Superman: TAS way before The Hub got those shows. So did anyone remember enjoying anything from there?

I've got a few memories of watching Yin Yang Yo! (loved the humour in it; definitely one of the more underrated cartoons of its time), but there was another show that I used to watch on there that I'd consider one of the defining programmes of my childhood...

No clue what in Equestria it's even meant to be, but that's part of the charm of it ;)

Yes, I remember watching Digimon on it.

All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people.

I do. I remember being obsessed with a terrible anime called Shinzo that came on Jetix. Beyblade came on there as well I think.

I stopped watching the show a while ago...

Yes, I remember this well, I was eighteen when I first saw Jetix, I loved to watch Digimon on this block, there was also Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, W,I,T.C.H, Power Rangers S.P.D. and the other Power Ranger incarnations, were among my favourite programs to watch in the day, after I graduated from high school and I started college, but not matter how old I was, I did enjoy Jetix more, because I was not stressed by high school, and I enjoyed my freedom to do whatever I wanted, so Jetix at this time was special to me, and will remain so.

Yes, actually I do remember watching some cartoons on that channel, but it's been such a long time since I have.  I think I've seen digimon and sonic on it, but that's all I can really remember seeing on there.

If I remember correctly, Jetix was where they showed either Season 3 or Season 4 of Digimon for the first time in the states. Also, I very much miss Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go! That show was legit.

It was season 4, season 3 was on Fox Kids. Speaking of Fox Kids, anyone remember Monster Rancher? Fun fact, the kid that voiced Genki grew up to be Shining Armor.

All I remember is that it literally took over Toon Disney for a while until it became Disney XD

Yeah, while Jetix was never bad, it was the biggest reason Toon Disney died. By 2006, more than half of a daily Toon Disney schedule was Jetix programming, the other half was Disney Channel shows that hadn't even been cancelled yet.
