CosmicHooves 2,705 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 Over the years I've gone from really liking America to despising this country. There's so much shit going down in this country ranging from hatred of law enforcement, gang violence, the constant fear of terrorism, corrupt government, conservatives, liberals, and all the douchbags who I run into daily. So in the future I plan to move to a different country. I just want to escape all the problems in America. Most likely I'll move to Canada since I live in the northern part of New York. It's a great country from what I've heard and researched. Second on my list would be Norway. And third would most definitely be Denmark. So if you had to move to a different country, what would it be?
DubWolf 17,527 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 True, true. It's really annoying. I suppose Austria would be a good place for me to live, or wherever Swirly decides to move to . 1 Sig by Wolf, Handwriting by SparklingSwirls
RavenholmZombie 1,330 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 If I ever had to move out of the United States, I'd probably end up either moving to Canada or England. RavenholmZombie - Brony since 2011
SparklingSwirls 21,372 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 Welp, every country is going to have their problems... but yeah, some more than others. I'd probably move to Finland or Norway; Nordic countries have a high standard of living, a government that isn't very corrupt, and they're very pretty too and have pretty languages 1 ֍֎֍֎

FlutterAether 421 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 As much as I love the UK I cannot stand the government and watch the rich get more richer it's an unfair system here, though the education is great the political system is corrupt. Not to mention UK pretty much has rain all year round....even during summer ;-; I'd actually would love to move to the following locations; Australia, Sweden, Germany, Canada and if I had to move to America I would love living in L.A

IcyHaze 595 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 Either England or Canada. England due to its similarites with Ireland, where I live, or Canada due to the fact it's like America, but less annoying. 3 I hope some people get the joke ^^

Envy 6,263 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 Canada. Culturally it's not a huge difference from USA (from what I can tell, it would at least be manageable) and the climate is much better than where I live. Why don't I live there already? lol Everything needs more woodwind!
Drakkon 362 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 United States, no doubt about it. I love the English language and the only reason I'm not moving there the first moment I can is because I love my family and my national identity. If for any reason I couldn't do either anymore, I'd definitely go there!
Omega Centauri 317 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 I think I'd do well in Canada. There are probably better countries overall, but Canada speaks English for the most part, so I wouldn't have to learn a new language like I would in some of the other choices, and they're relatively close to where I live now. I actually WOULD move to Canada, but I have alot of friends and family that I can't just leave behind. ...But that's just my opinion.
Admiral Regulus 2,769 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 I would say Canada, but that's too goddamn cold for my tastes. As a Floridian, anything below 60F is intolerable. So... call me crazy, but I think I'd actually move to South Africa. 1 Tumblr
Shanks 10,816 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 (edited) Oh Switzerland if only you weren't so damn cold, a low crime rate and relatively high rates of personal liberty are way up my alley but with my knee problems it would be a bad idea to move somewhere that cold so, maybe Italy I do have some family there are despite its problems it is a pretty good country. Neither is probably going to happen though, I may hate my government but I will be damned if I am going to let these criminals take the last freedoms America has left. Silver Letter 1,832 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 I am not really sure. I don't like the US so I would probably like to live elsewhere eventually. A lot of nations that supposedly are better than the US about human rights are in the far north and they are highly socialist which is not a good system of things. Europe can probably enjoy their high and privileged views on human rights because of their past. They've taken advantage of the world and I don't respect that. Canada is close and cold but it is not an interesting country. So I can't really say. Who knows which country I would like enough to wish to live in. Silver Letter!!! ~SadisticFluttershy~ 779 January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 (edited) If only the Union would let Texas leave so we could become our own country again to avoid all the nonsense that the USA is constantly bringing to the table, that'd be great. If any country id pick it would be either, 1) Canada or 2) Austrailia I'm getting sick of the USA's bull. The biggest issue is corrupt government and it'll continue to get more corrupt. The USA will eventually lead into another revolution. Just watch. Edited January 18, 2015 by ~SadisticFluttershy~ 2 Thanks MiniKirby! It's soooooo awesome!
