3-way tie between Snips, Snails, and Bulk-Biceps.

 

All 3 of them are just down-right hard to look at. I know that they were intentionally designed to be ugly, but still.

Gotta go with Snips and Snails. I know they're there for comic relief, but so much about their characters are just despicable and hypocritical. We get it, they're stereotypical little boys. But at least give them some redeemable or likable qualities. As offensive as he is, even the mule is more likable than those 2.

 

I'd probably have to go with Snails if I chose between the 2. Yea he's meant to be goofy, but the show just makes him come off as a complete bumbling idiot that gets old fast.

His body is just the kid version of ponies like Cheese Sandwich, Mr. Cake, Trenderhoof, Flim and Flam. Only his eyes and bigger ears stand out.

i am going with bulk snips and snails are terribly designed but you can see why. Ther's always a chubby and dorky kid in the class

It depends on what you mean by "worst".

 

Snips, Snails, Claude, and Bulk Biceps are ugly. I'll add the Jelly-obsessed pony (Hearts and Hooves Day) and Ol' Salt (Over A Barrel) to that list too.

 

But there are also dozens of background ponies like Lily Valley, Shoeshine, and Bright Smile, which although not at all ugly, are completely unimaginative, so are bad designs in that sense. (To be clear, I'm not lumping all background ponies into this category - some are very nicely designed. Lyra, Sweetie Drops, Flitter, Cloudchaser, Apple Fritter, Minuette, and Amethyst Star in particular are gorgeous, and have fairly unique and easily recognizable designs.)
