Midnight snacks

I rarely ever get a midnight snack, but I know years ago I ate some chocolate chip cookies. Nowadays, I try to have something healthier like water or yogurt.

Depends. If it's during the week, I'll almost always be asleep by midnight. If it's a weekend, it depends on what I have in the room. Normally that includes cheez-its or goldfish crackers. Sometimes I'll have an apple or a muffin. :P

I don't really eat midnight snacks, though I would probably do so if I didn't sleep like a rock. After all, I have been known to snack on odds and ends during the day... (Like when I sneaked some grated Parmesan cheese out of the canister last night after dinner) :lie:

I like to eat anything late at night. That's when I have the most appetite, even though it's not the best time, diet-wise. So I try to eat something natural like an avocado or fruit. Sometimes a bit of cereal is nice.

I usually go into the pantry and make myself a PBJ sandwich and eat with chips if any; I try not to wake up anybody with my loud bickering :please: . Also with strawberry milk.... I scared my dad once when I came out of the pantry late at night (he works really early sometimes), cool story  .

If I wake up in the middle of the night I typically won't even get up unless I need to go to the bathroom, and if I get up I usually check on my dog, as well. I have a very hard time falling back asleep, especially the longer I'm up, so I tend to avoid doing anything time consuming. I typically snack not too long before I go to bed.

Honestly? I try not to eat during the late hours of the night. :adorkable: It just keeps your stomach awake, you know?

Nothing since I stay asleep if possible. I do have a bad habit sometimes of eating too soon before bed which sometimes does not go well for me.

Realtalk: I never had any interest in late night snacking. I never counted having a glass of water as such thing as a midnight snack.

I don't really do midnight snacking. I'm too busy getting a lack of sleep for work.

If I do wake up and am feeling hungry, I don't call it a midnight snack.

Spoiler

I call it breakfast.

And it's whatever the hell doesn't have a name on it.

Though I am partial to pizza.
