Just as a question, what was your favorite song overall in either of the EG soundtracks?

 

Mine was Welcome to the Show, even though the Rainbooms' intervention was a bit rude, to be honest.

Easily Welcome to the Show. Ticks Up My Sleeve is a second place finisher but I listen to Welcome far more often.

But my hooves-down favorite has to be "Under Our Spell" and the short instrumental battle between the Dazzlings and Rainbooms (Which was sadly omitted from "Welcome to the Show" in the OST)

 

 

 

I also really liked Pinkie's Solo in "Equestria Girls (Cafeteria Song)"

"Awesome as I Want to Be"... I love and I just HATE it. It's like actual, real punk rock with absolutely banal lyrics.

Welcome to The Show is both a spectacle and so catchy, My favorite part would be the Rainbooms transforming with the heavy guitar riffs in the background. It's just pure hype.

 

Then it's the Cafeteria Song. It's quick and catchy and I love repeating the final chorus over and over again.

 

Under Our Spell would be my third favorite, it starts out so strong unlike battle of the bands which takes time to build it.

All of the Siren songs followed by Trixie's song which is just so damn catchy I just can not get it out of my head. All the songs were good though, these songs stand out more.

My favorite is actually Let's Have a Battle.  I find it to be really catchy, and the way the Dazzlings sing it is very seductive, which is very appropriate, seeing as they're sirens and all.

3. Welcome to the Show - There's a lot of power in this one, and it really hits an emotional high with Sunset Shimmer's part.

The first movie did not really have any special songs but damn, the second movie really outdid itself. There is Trixie's song to start with and all of the Siren's songs as well.

 

Under our Spell was my favourite though, I loved the chorus.

The Cafeteria Song/Helping Twilight Win the Crown/Darude - Sandstorm/whatever this song is called was the only song I liked out of either the EQGirls movies.. so I guess that!

 

EDIT: Actually, if they count, I liked the 3 songs that weren't in either of the movies, but uploaded to Youtube, those being Life is a Runway, Friendship Through the Ages and My Past is not Today (especially the former) as well.
