I'll have to agree with everypony saying she'll turn into Midnight Magic Twi I mean there are many possibilities but that one seems more likely since they do have a doll of Midnight Magic Twi.

She has a small shred of equestrian magic but doesn't know how to use it. The magic randomly explodes at random times because sci-twi doesn't know how to use it. Just my guess.

I do love that she's a lot like the pony Twilight, but she's also her own individual too. I do find it interesting she goes to the rival school yet seems to want to leave it.

She could possibly turn into Midnight Sparkle, but other than that, I think that she becomes and switches with the normal Twilight or so.
