Coolest, craziest, most amazing place you've ever been.

The coolest, most amazing place I've ever been would have to be Washington D.C.

I went there in December 2009 when my cousin graduated boot camp. (he's in the US Marine Corps) It was freezing cold and it didn't help that I spent most of the time walking around outside but it's still an amazing experience I'll never forget. The most memorable part would probably be standing in front of the White House, just thinking about all history that happened there.

Every place I go to that isn't my computer I hate, I seriously hate going on holidays, I don't care where I just hate it...maybe if I had my computer with me I would be better off, but then it would make hardly any difference.

Top of a mountain as a lightning storm rolled in. Got separated from the group with a buddy, and had to run over "hills" along the peak. I saw a couple trees explode. We had to yell to hear each other over the wind/rain/lighting. I late found huge "splinters" lodged in my hiking pack.

It was bucking awesome. Think of it like a hollywood war scene where a soldier has to run the "gauntlet" with bullets (wood chips from exploding trees), and explosions (the tress being hit by lightning) whizzing past him. It...was fun. Lots of fun.

Still have a scar or two.

Other then that (which was mt Mitchell, highest peak east of the miss. [i'm NOT spelling that xD])

I guess the Caribbean on a cruise. Awesome sights!

Wish mexico wasnt as bad as it is right now id love to go back and check out some of the historical sites

Meh, not all of Mexico is dangerous just mainly the northeastern part of the country but tourist don't normally go there anyways. Though I do believe the safest parts of Mexico at the moment would be the southern states where criminal organizations have little interest in.

I rarely leave the house... so I guess I could say the most amazing/coolest place I've been in was a mall in Sarasota, which was very nice and clean. Or basically, any mall where I've met my boyfriend. Any place is the coolest/most amazing place where he is. :) (I'm so cheesy, you may vomit now.) Or perhaps the Steak & Shake! I love that restaurant.

...So sheltered am I.

The one that comes to my mind is when my father took me to Queenston Heights. A beautiful forested and hilly area where the Battle of Queenston Heights took place on the 13th of October, 1812.

It was fought to counter the Americans and their goal to establish a foothold on the Canadian side of the Niagara River during the War of 1812. There, I saw the cannons that were there and visited Major-General Isaac Brock's monument, for he was killed leading charge against an American defence.

It ended with a decisive British victory!

I'm curious as to what interesting places you guys have been too. As we all know, there are a variety of beautiful sites and attractions all around the world. Needless to say, everyone has a favorite place they have been too. So I ask, what interesting places have you been too.

The most interesting place I've been to is Ruby Falls. It is an underground waterfall located in the state of Tennessee. It was SO pretty. Here's a picture.

For me, it's gotta be the Experience Music Project in Seattle, Washington.

Isn't that place great! shame our group was only there for 2 hours.

Pacific Rim National Park in British Columbia. So amazing there. Surfing, 500 year old trees wider than most SUV's. I wish I could go back.. I went 7 years ago, but it still remember it as something you would see in a movie. :( One day I wanna go back..
