World's strongest human vs Princess Celestia in a wrestling match? WWE kinda like wrestling, you pin them down for tens seconds and you win.

 

One rule: Princess Celestia can't use her fancy horse magic against the human. If she uses her magic, she is disqualified and the human wins.

Even without using magic, I have to go with Celestia here. For one, she has at least 1,000 years of experience in probably all sorts of stuff so I assume she is pretty tough at this point and two, she seems huge. o_o Like, a really big horse and I feel like she could bring the smackdown on any human opponent. Knowing the odds she would pull off something amazing all 'OUT OF NOWHERE' style.

Celestia by default.

 

According to pro-wrestling rules, you can't gain a pinfall victory over your opponent unless their shoulders are both pinned to the mat for a standing 3-count.  

 

And, as you can see in this diagram it would be physically impossible to have both of Celestia's shoulders touching the mat at the same time.

According to google, that would be 6'8" 415 lbs, 3 time world strongest man competition winner, Brian Shaw, who managed to dead lift 985 lbs. 

 

Still, Celestia wins. Remember season 2, episode 2, when Rarity and Twi carried Tom? Last I checked, presuming Tom was a common sandstone bolder, I gathered that he weighed around 9 tons, and two dainty unicorns carried him for half the show. And they showed few ill effects from doing so. So unless discordifacation endows super strength, pain resistance and accelerated healing, then it's presumed that all grown unicorns can do this. 

 

Celestia has Mr. Shaw outclassed by a factor of 10. And I'm pretty sure she has some unarmed self defense training over the course of 1000+ years that could negate his size and power.

I don't think anyone would want to wrestle a horse/unicorn, they are too unpredictable. At least when you lift boulders or pull a truck, they don't kick back. Not to mention, you get to wrestle around a sharp pointy horn. :v

That was in magical might, and she was fighting the CHANGELING QUEEN, who had massive amounts of love from Shining Armor. And even Chrysalis herself was surprised that she won.
