I would be a Scientist who has researched the cloning process his entire life, once I finally figure it all out and create one I would find traces of Tireks DNA (if possible) and I would then create 1000's of Tireks. Once that process is complete I would blow up the Tireks if Killing Celestia and the mane 6 was Successful with tiny Nuclear Bombs I have chipped into the back of their heads at birth, as Celestia and all of the other ponies in Equestria have died, I could then move on to the next Civilized Kingdom.

After taking out the main threats Discord and the mane six you'll have to make sure you take out the characters that might get "Sunset Shimmer Syndrome" like Trixie and Starlight Glimmer.

If you're going by that logic, then you should at least be aware that Trixie's reformation came way before Sunset Shimmer's. Meaning any bad reformation that reflects her reformation from your perspective is technically "Trixie Syndrome"

 

But that probably doesn't matter since the purpose of your comment was possibly created to simply integrate your dislike for Sunset as usual whenever a discussion with villains is placed and make a harmless joke.

 

Regardless, I'll have to agree. I'd get rid of the bigger threats...Discord and the Mane 6 and Nightmare Moon. since the season 5 finale obviously shows no other pony or "friendship magic" will ever come close to successfully defending themselves and Equestria. I would also ensure Sombra and Tirek doesn't rise again; like Nightmare Moon, they are too powerful and egotistical to join forces with. Meaning they would both double cross.me if they had the chance and take over for themselves.

 

After that is all taken care of, I'll defeat Chrysalis and take over the changlings with a "Chrysalis failed you once....I won't so join me" speech so I'll have a worthy army. Crush the incompetent guards, and capture Celestia. If you're really twisted, I'd keep hee prisoner for experiments in how to make my own alicorn and infuse them to my changlings. Enslave all of Equestria.

 

Ill have a "farm" built with a large wall. In it will be all the "family ponies" to ensure their love will feed my army when needed. Let them live their lives and produce and whatnot.

 

I'll brainwash all pegasi to ensure the seasons continue....I want to rule Equestria...not ruin it.

- Defeat Celestia.

- Actually kill the only pony that can stop me, instead of sending her to the same place where the other pony that can stop me is imprisoned.

- Mess with the other countries or prepare to receive their response to whatever I'm doing.

- Drink tea with Iron Will.

- Make sure that Hasbro has a lot of ideas for toys about me, or that the comic writers like me.

- Raise an army of breezies just for fun.

- Destroy the Crystal Empire. I think that thing is a powerful magical artifact waiting to be "deus ex machina'd" into the plot.

- Dress Cadance as a maid and have her clean up my place. Because why not.

- Team up with Discord by giving him a place to stay with Fluttershy where he can conjure up all the chaos he wants.

- Not put all the actual grimdark stuff I thought into this list.

No it's called the Sunset Shimmer Syndrome because Sunset Shimmer was a reformed villain that becomes the main hero. Trixie and Starlight are writer's "loose ends" so to speak that in which the writer decides to make them heroes to try and remedy the situation and at the same time give them fame, I would already be several steps ahead of it.

Then manipulate Celestia into marrying me so I can rule Equestria, turn on her and kill her when she's not expecting it, and then ban all forms of magic except for myself.

The world is a big place.  Avoid the ponies and work on somewhere more fertile.  I mean the Griffon lands have seen much better days and might welcome a high tier villain's leadership.  Then there are the minotaurs, the arimashi, etc.  If you ever even consider going after the ponies, do the zebra first.  They are a viable challenge and will let you know part of what you are working towards.

 

Only after you have conquered the rest of the world, should you ever even consider setting hoof in equestria itself.  And even then, it might be better to just let that part of the world fall further and further behind in isolation.

Hmmm, nopony will notice the famous author beeing evil, muaaha, NIGHTMARE BOOP WILL RETURN!

I will boop everypony and the magic of boops will make them evil, first started with the dangerous princesses, elements and Discord. Then I will take over Equestria and beyond, destroying the mirror, so Sunny Shimmer and friends can't try to stop me(Or taking that world over too), taking out Tirek, he wouldn't be a good partner and helping Chrysalis by letting them getting food, so they will join me. With all goods and gods on my side of this world, nopony will stop me! And everypony who hears "boop" will shiver in fear...

 

The rest stays normal, they go on with their jobs etc., just that I rule with the evil princesses together :3
