I never added anything on my waffles. I ate them as they were given to me. The people working in the traveling markets put a lot of work into making those delicious waffles, so I ate it as soon as it had cooled down a bit (I always bought them straight from the oven) <3 <3 <3

Though, on the odd occasion where I was forces to buy them from a garage, they already had chocolate on them.

Seriously though, I like waffles. Yes, more than life itself. Although I rarely eat waffles, I've had them solo, with powdered sugar, whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries and various syrups.

Let's talk more about s, and how delicious they are.

 

I prefer waffles over pancakes, because they have syrupcups.
I also cut along the grids to keep said syrupcups intact.
Also because of mild OCD that screams when I cut open the squares.

I'm just gonna say that homemade, pour-the-batter-into-the-iron-yourself waffles beat the pants off store-bought ones.

 

Even the Krusteaz Belgian toaster waffles I used to like got kinda boring after a while.
