How many of you still watch FiM?

Season 5's my absolute favorite season

Same! I enjoyed the episodes plus I liked that it aired in summer, when I had plenty of time to watch cartoons and do fan-arts :D

I still watch the show and I can't wait for S6! Plus I re-watch some of my favourite episodes every now and then  :D

How many of you actually watch the show anymore? I'll admit, I haven't watched it since ep100 and it was a chore to get that far. Seasons 1 and 2 were great, season 3 was decent, season 4 was 'meh' and season 5... I didn't even finish it.

So, how many here are still concerned with the show's direction? Or do the rest of you simply jump on the site because of the (mostly) wonderful community?

I do still watch the show, and season 5 was probably my favorite season. I agree with your assessment regarding season 4, it was my least favorite. As good as season 5 was, I'm feeling ambivalent towards season 6. Unfortunately, a lot of the staff that shaped and characterized this show are no longer on the team, people like Larson, Rodgers, Meghan, Jayson, they've all either moved onto production of the 2017 movie, or are pursuing their own ventures. I think the premier looks pretty uninteresting, and the next few episodes in the line-up don't sound overly promising, but we'll see I suppose.

I just rather hope the show doesn't get as bad as S3 did. At that point I'd pretty much ignore new episodes until like 2 or 3 weeks after they aired because the show was so lukewarm at that point; Hell,  I didn't watch EQG until like 4 weeks after it aired because the quality of S3 had turned me off so much XD

I still watch the show. There have been episodes I hated, and there have been episodes that I loved. I think the show is just a hit and miss. I don't have much faith in the quality of season 6, but I'm still going to watch it.

The rainbow eye stuff was season 4.

Season 3 was the shortest.

Season 6 never aired, so no one except for those who work on the show have seen season 6.

And psychics.

I still watch the show when I can, usually by streaming cause my work schedule keeps me away from the TV at the times it airs.  I love show, there is hardly any episodes I can say I don't like, the s3 closer was the only episode I was disappointed in initially, but I can watch it now (I still think it was rushed, but I love the Musical numbers, especially Twilight's and Celestia's  parts!)

I do, and I still enjoy it as much as I used to. I'm trying not to judge things too harshly by the images I've seen so far, although I really don't like Flurry Heart one bit. I sincerely hope they can make something good out of her.

I'm still watching it, and will until the show stops making new episodes

And then you just rewatch.  :yay:

I am, of course...or else I wouldn't be on the forums anymore.

Is it new episode discussion that keeps you coming back?  :fluttershy:

I still watch the show when it's on TV. I'm usually busy with work, video games, and other things, but I try to find time to get a chance to watch the episodes. I'm definitely watching all of season 6 and I can't wait to see the new episodes.  :)

I still do, but when I actually get a chance to watch it I've already missed half the season... It also doesn't help that I don't have the channel it airs on. I practically missed the whole of season 4 as it was airing so I had to watch the whole thing over a few days :/

I honestly think it's been getting better lately. The first few episodes of season 1 didn't exactly win me over, tbh. Definitely my least favourite season. Although I do admit I'm not as into the show as I used to.

I don't have a problem with neither of the seasons, I loved them all. I'm not very picky. At least one episode in each season have made my eyes water, I'm very easily moved. And I love the ponies, the voice acting, the animation, everything that makes the show so very cute and colorful. It cheers me up. I cannot wait to watch the premiere of season 6 tomorrow! It will be so much fun! I'm a faithful viewer and so I will keep on being a huge fan of this show.

Of course I do, and I think the show has really gotten better. Season 1 was alright, Season 2 was great, Season 3 was great, Season 4 was amazing and Season 5 was the best so far.

Although at the same time, I don't have that same "hype" for Season 6 like I did for S5. I don't know why, as I said I do feel the show's getting better, but I don't know. It's probably because of other interests I'm getting into like Steven Universe and Undertale.

I've seen every episode and always make sure I watch them live because I know I'll forget later. That being said, I'm definitely not feeling the hype for S6 that I felt for S4 and 5. Not too concerned with what's going on in the show as I just watch it for pure enjoyment and don't analyze (with the exception of a few awful episodes I'd rather didn't exist).

I'll still most likely watch it until the end, but I'm more focused on other shows and interests now.

I still do, and there's no way in hell I'll miss season 6 tomorrow. Though I'm a bit concerned because many of our top writers are gone, I'm sure the quality will be kept decent at least, as Mc Cathy and Larson's episodes aren't the only good ones

For me, my pony days are over.

Enjoyed the first four seasons, made some new friends, developed my OC (Charmie) into the EQG world and even dipped my toes into recap and review posts in both video and text form.

....then it went downhill after the 100th episode disaster. (Yes it's a disaster to me, deal with it. Don't like it? Don't bother.)

Almost ended up in the back of an ambulance and taken to hospital when the Magic Sheep ep aired (thanks PTSD) and I also missed some pretty key milestone episodes such as Rara and the finale. I tried to watch those but they don't have the same impact that others experienced and I also had a falling out with some of the friends I made.

I also suffered from some health issues (depression, stress etc) due to some fandom problems such as getting banned from a forum for an minor offence such as duplicate thread and then getting spat in the face when the admins made fun of it during their end of year awards and on Xmas Day might I add.

I also gained a lot of weight (130kg) which luckily I have lost most of it so far.

I've pretty much moved onto better things such as my transgender transition journey and even rediscovering my love for technology and never looked back.
