    Yes and no. She is on the same redemption path that Sunset is on, but both will end up at different places. She is the Sunset from Rainbow Rocks, but won't end up as the Sunset from Friendship Games. (Basically she will never be in the group leader, role switcher, #1 position that Sunny is in now. She will never be the main character).

    I wanted to do a quick poll just to gage how many people's opinions have changed, however small or not at all. Please pick the corresponding answer, and don't criss-cross so I can get the most accurate result. Personally, I think I like her a bit more after the premiere, but she is not set in stone quite yet for me as a character I particularly like.

    I've seen every episode and always make sure I watch them live because I know I'll forget later. That being said, I'm definitely not feeling the hype for S6 that I felt for S4 and 5. Not too concerned with what's going on in the show as I just watch it for pure enjoyment and don't analyze (with the exception of a few awful episodes I'd rather didn't exist). I'll still most likely watch it until the end, but I'm more focused on other shows and interests now.

    This would make me so happy, but it's probably not going to happen. They can keep the song, but could at least re-animate it to show how much the animation has improved and not making everything look incredibly shoehorned in.

    Personally, I'm not a big fan of romance plots in the first place (with a few exceptions, of course). I have no problem Shining and Cadance, Rarity fangirling over stallions or Spike's crush on Rarity, but I came here to watch ponies make friends, not fall in love. I also do like shipping characters, but don't want it to happen in the actual show, it'd be kind of weird. (This is from a 'feminist' perspective).

    Very different. You see, I started watching (this generation of) My Little Pony when I was 9 and just starting to figure out who I was. After I was watching MLP for quite a while, I began to stumble across other cartoons, websites, and even musical artists because of it, and because of the people I met. I've basically made a lot of friends, discovered my interests, and grew up with pony. So yes, I imagine that I would be very different.

    For episodes: A Celestia episode, Ponyville prank war episode, beach episode, Sunset in there for an episode. But what I really want is a backstory (that makes sense) for the elements, or some kind of prophecy thing, etc. that connects a lot of loose ends. Or Celestia & Luna's past. I'm a sucker for those kinds of things . Do you even know what pain you've wished for?

    Impatient and anxious. I have a huge school competition this coming weekend but we still have a lot to do, and every show I watch is on hiatus and I just need my fix! Wish I could skip forward a week or two.

    Honestly, I still think that she will eventually be a new member of the Mane Cast. Key word is eventually. They'll make a slower progression and finally push her in in the finale. I think this because of my favorite guessing game, patterns! I'm determined this will happen. 1. In finale, huge thing happens, everypony is pumped! Everyhuman hates it. (ex. Castle or Alicorn): Starlight is supposedly introduced into mane cast. 2. All of a sudden, it's retconned! An issue appears. (ex. Twilight hates her castle, being an alicorn isn't all it's cracked up to be): Starlight kind of pushed out / ignored. 3. The season works on the issue. (ex. Castle ep, Alicorn duties): Starlight gets bonding time. 4. Next finale, the issue is finally solved! The huge thing leads to another huge thing. (Alicorn unlocks Castle, Castle Map unlocks Starlight it led them to her it totally counts): Starlight becomes official member! She gets something! (Throne, EoH (hopefully not), she holds the key to something else entirely, etc.)

    People lashing out on Twitter at the writers and creators because something happened / an episode aired that they didn't like. There's never even any constructive criticism, it's just "YOU SUCK, SHOW RUINED" complaining.

    The show is a really big part of my childhood. Since I'm a lot younger than almost anyone here on the forums, I started watching FiM when I had just turned 10, and from the looks of the movie release date, it will continue on until I'm at least 15. It will be very sad to see such a huge chunk of my life (1/3 of it) leave. So I will definitely cry, and look for the support of the fandom to help each other out when this happens. Sad to think about, but one day, this will be us. I'm already preparing for next month's Gravity Falls finale.

    I entered "other" on this, because it really does depend what the name is. I can see someone naming their child Celestia, Luna, Maud, Cadance, or Lyra. These are actual human names, and a kid wouldn't get teased for having one of these. I personally wouldn't name them after a pastel pony cartoon, and certainly wouldn't tell them they were, but it's not that bad. But if anyone thinks naming their children Pinkie, Rainbow, Rarity, you get the idea, why do you have kids in the first place? It's not cute, because they aren't pets. They're going to get bullied, and I'm almost entirely sure that most people would not enjoy being so explicitly named after a cartoon show for kids. (And as an example, that unfortunate person who has to announce they are getting engaged to Pinkie Pie).

    Totally happy with it. I fit quite a lot of the female stereotype and life is just more fun to me as a girl. Well except for periods, those suck, but everyone knows that. I like the arts, language is my best subject in school, enjoy cartoons, I'm creative, charismatic, and I like chocolate (which is apparently a gender stereotype). The only thing I'm not into so much is the whole fashion and look pretty part, but otherwise I mostly fit it. I do sometimes want to switch to be a guy for a day or two though.

    My thought process was a bit like this: I like the Emerald City from the Wizard of Oz (this was an extremely random thought, I don't even like the movie that much) But that will be taken everywhere..hmm.. Think of something artsy to decorate it.. I looked outside my window. Emerald Skies! Yes!

    My memory is pretty good at the moment, I managed to memorize all I needed for a test in 15 minutes (and got a 97). I'm used to memorizing scripts from drama classes, so it gives me practice. I can also remember a lot of events far back to when I was only 2-3, so that's good. I'm a bit of a klutz though, so I constantly forget non-factual information (i.e. Losing things, forgetting when projects are due). Unfortunately, I'm practically destined to get Alzheimer's as it runs in my family, so that great(ish) memory will one day cease to exist. I don't talk a lot about this, but it's the scariest thing ever to lose memory as I've seen my Grandma slowly lose it in the last five years.

    My conspiracy theory (or theories), are that: 1. Celestia knows about the future, and the sub of that, 2. Celestia is dying (and she knows it). I'm not very good at explaining it but I'll give it a shot. My idea of this came from the mystery of Starswirl the Bearded, and how he was a time-traveler. After Celestia was so distraught with having to banish her sister, she pleaded with him to help her see the future so she would never make mistakes like this again. He agreed because he saw her asking the exact same thing in his vision, and it would do no harm to the future. He made a book vaguely labeling what she had to do in order to steer Equestria down the right path, so it would be okay when she inevitably dies 1000 and a bit years into the future. This is the book Celestia and Luna were nodding at. This is how Celestia knew about the Elements of Harmony. She gets them now to do everything to A. Prepare them for the future where she is dead and B. Because she is dying Starswirl purposely made that unfinished spell for Twilight to complete It goes on...

    Sunny. Anyone who says otherwise will face my wrath! Just kidding. Or not. Honorable mentions go to Rarity and Human Twilight, the latter who was just too cute and tragic in Friendship Games. Her crying broke my heart. And Rarity's always fab.

    Fluttershy and Applejack. When has this dynamic even been explored outside of Bats? (Which was not a positive one). I cannot think of an idea, but I would sure enjoy seeing these two interact for once. Rarity and Pinkie Pie. Again, the interactions with them is not explored often enough. We could have an episode where Rarity's maturity (how she acts with the high-class ponies) clashes with Pinkie's childish behavior. I really just want to see how certain characters pair up with each other.

    Kind of sad to let go of 2015. It was such a great year for me, I discovered a lot of new interests and made a lot more friends. Putting that aside, happy new year! I hope it will turn out to be even better than the last.
