Watching MLP is without a doubt something that makes me feel good, but also finding a story I follow online updated, a favorite YouTuber uploaded a long video, watching ASMR videos, taking a nice, long bubble bath, reading a good book, having an awesome lunch/dinner, etc. There are plenty more.

I LOVE talking to people in real life. Talking helps me recharge, for some reason. I never really noticed until last year how nice I feel after a long conversation with a friend.

Also, nature. Nature calms my soul and makes me happy to be alive.

Music and talking to others about some of my problems, which... doesn't happen often, I usually just talk to my therapists about those.. it helps to some degree, and my medication i guess

I always find when I'm in a fowl mood I always find myself gravitating to stuff I've always enjoyed. I normally play stuff like Okami or Super Mario to enjoy because of how relaxing and enjoyable the games are. And when that doesn't work a nice nap while listening to soothing music helps as well.

I've liked writing fanfics quite a bit recently. It makes me feel good whenever someone says they enjoy my writing, and I'm happy to actually be able to put one of my limited skills to use. Hopefully I'll become creative enough after a while to be able to write something genuinely good in every way.

Going for long walks. It really helps me burn through my emotions and is pretty good exercise to boot.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

I know for sure that a certain @Dark Horse made me really happy posting in my status feed, something completely unexpected a few months ago! I think it is those times when you are reminded you do mean things to people that makes me feel the best!

Well hey, sometimes just seeing those little updates from a friend is enough to bring a smile to my face. Don't always need to hear of them getting up to some fantastic adventures; just a little slice-of-life story can be good to hear now and again. :twi:
