health How many hours of sleep do you get?

6h max. if i sleep more than that, i will be the "walking dead" (feeling heavy, slow and sleepy).. therefore if sleep less than 4-5h per day, i will be like a T-virus monster from R.E. (-% (i mean that i will be over irritated and stressful)

so to stay human, i need 5-6h of sleep everyday.

but, did i get that much time? yep. sure do. "..walking on the beaches looking at the peaches..."

If I have college I'll go to bed at about 9:30pm-10:30pm. The weekends (and Wednesday nights as I have Thursdays off) I go to bed at around 11:00pm-2:00am.

I used to have bad insomnia but I now take medication (Mirtazapine) for it and fall asleep like a normal person now.

It's prescription only so you'd have to ask your doctor. You'll feel groggy asf for about a week when you first take it, that was annoying, I felt hangover. The grogginess has gone now :) I've been on it for about 2 years.

Not enough.(most of the time)

I've been gone from this world for what seems like millennia, Looking for nothing short of a miracle, I only ever wanted to come home, Please won't you let me go? When I have nowhere left I can run away, Will you lie to me, tell me I'll be okay? Close my eyes and lay me in my tomb. Then pull the trigger and send me home.

Since I stopped working nights and have gone back to sleeping nights like a normal person my sleep schedule has gotten a bit better. I'd say I typically get eight hours.

It doesn't always happen, though. Like this morning when I had a nightmare that woke me up at 4 am and kept me up for a while (which, if anyone read my post in the "How Are You Feeling?" topic, then you know I'm already unnerved quite badly and did not need that!). Or like some other nights where I roll around in bed for an hour or two and can't sleep. Still better than when I slept days, though!

Not really sure, maybe I should time it all.

The buck's sleeping? >.>

Kidding. I usually get about 3~5 hours of sleep, if I've work the following day; and 4~8 hours of sleep, if I'm off the following day. ^^/

I'd feel like utter shit if I did that >.> I avoid caffeine now too as it makes my anxiety 10x worse so I couldn't drink coffee or anything either.

I actually don't need caffeine to function in the day. XD

Being at work (ironically) feels fun, so I don't really lose any energy until closing.

Also, I'm probably just used to sleeping for a short amount of time every night, due to some irresponsible habits and a prior job. :P

Sadly my sleep pattern is just not consistent. My hours might be anywhere from 5 -10 depending on my anxiety and if I wake up sooner than expected. Which if I wake up sooner than I expected that can really mess me up for the day. :\ Hence why I mostly wait until I am immensely tired and then pass out. XD

6-8 hours is my normal time depending on my day and thoughts,  i work two jobs so on my one day off I tend to hit 12 hours at a time.  Also depends on my cat and when she wants some food and stuff. :twi:

I need about 8-9 hours or I am off the next day.  I can handle as little as 6 hours but my conversations are messy and all I want to do is play mindless FPS games so that I don't have to think much.  If I get less then 6 then I feel very ill and I have had to call in sick for work a few times because of a lack of sleep.

I've recently started to form a proper sleep schedule for the sake of studying so I usually get almost 9 hours of sleep if I fall asleep quickly enough. Sometimes I've got a little less hours though but since I now tend to go to bed at a reasonable time, it doesn't destroy the following school day.

Around 7 or 8 hours. I used to sleep shorter because I use my computer too late or I delay my homework, but not getting enough sleep started negatively affecting me and I mostly stopped that.

Since I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep, I usually get around 4 to 6 hours if I have to get up for something. If It's a day where I have nothing to do, I get around 8 to 12 hours of sleep.

I've been getting 5-6 sadly. I don't think I can get more of I tried :s . I doesn't matter since I don't have much time to sleep because of how my schedule is set up...

Around six-eight most nights. My sleeping pattern has been a bit better since I started exercising and eating better, but I still do have my occasional bouts of insomnia (something I suffered a lot from whilst growing up).
