Big time anime fan here, especially One Piece and Fullmetal Alchemist (that's where my username comes from). In fact it was an anime forum that introduced me to the ponies to begin with.

Just started watching "Death Note."

I have yet to watch this. I read the first volume of the manga and never read anymore. Interesting concept but never got around to reading more. Someone let me borrow their entire Death Note manga (And I think anime too) so I'll have to get around to watching that. It sounds interesting enough from the things I know of it (And I pretty much know all the big spoilers of it so nothing is gonna surprise me probably lol)

I loved Full Metal Panic, and actually received my blu-ray copy of Fumoffu today! Other than Death Note, I haven't seen any other anime except Pokemón and Digimon.

I'm quite an avid anime enthusiast. I tend to prefer shorter, darker, and more serious shows rather than the many long-running shonens and such. Some of my favorites would be Ergo Proxy, Code Geass, Elfen Lied, Madoka Magica, and Baccano.

One Piece is guaranteed to suck you in. The characters are so easy to relate to, the actions scenes are intense, the humor is fantastic, and you may find yourself shedding a few tear at things you didn't think you'd ever cry at.

Not just any anime fan. Anime artist.(ish) been writing a comic lately thats so far 9 pages. Thinking of maybe putting it online.

 

Naruto FTW. Shippuden. Not that first series BELIEVE IT crap.

Lucky Star was really cute and funny. If you like it, you should try Ichigo Mashimaro. It's been described as a cute show about cute girls doing cute things. It's adorable! Miu is Best Pony, uh, I mean girl!

Oh gosh, I used to be so into it a few years ago. My favorite series are Fushigi Yuugi, Naruto (used to be obsessed with this, and then it's dragged on way too long), Princess Jellyfish, Yu Yu Hakusho, Elfen Lied, anything from Studio Ghibli, and Escaflowne.

 

I still love it, and have seen a few more series since I really lost interest in it. Right now I've been reading a lot of horror and seinen manga. I'm a huge fan of Junji Ito. I recently watched the Gyo OVA that came out last month. I personally enjoyed it.

Just started rewatching Black lagoon season 1, its so good. Revy is one of my all time favourite anime characters, probably because she is..well, slightly sociopathic

 

Lol, anyone seen dokuro chan(beat to death angel or something like that)? Like excel saga and its "sequel" its the anime I watch if I am in mood for a bit of disturning humour

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the new generations either.
