Kind of a shame. Alot of people got into arts during their childhood with MS Paint. But considering there are other free art tools, that are even better then MS Paint, it dosen't matter to hold on to it.

It's pretty bad. I'm gonna be honest here. Not a huge loss tbh, but you the memories are still here, and feels kinda bad that it's gonna die.

My immediate reaction to this was 'They were still supporting it?' XD Had no idea it was still getting any sort of priority after all these years. They are better off moving on though. If they can make a newer, much better program that becomes default with Windows 10, that would be a good addition.

As long a 'paint.net' is still avaible I'm not gonna be mad about it.

Well this sucks. I always remember MS Paint being a staple of my childhood. Whenever I used to goof around on my dad's computer it always included some time playing with MS Paint.

I have to admit I never used MS Paint a whole lot but I still found it useful, especially when it came to converting images to different formats or adjusting dimensions and resolutions to accommodate avatars.

I don't mean any offense to anyone, but do any of you read the other posts?

Turns out they're not getting rid of it. It will just soon be on the Windows Store for free.

I never did to much MS paint,  which I got paint.net for my pony needs!   Still, it is a little sad to see it go like this.
