How to support the most of the movie?

So, here's a question for those of you most familiar with the ins and outs of distribution - what venue, be it iTunes, Google Play, Netflix, DVD/Bluray or whatever I have missed, would be best to buy the movie from if I wanted to focus on getting the most of that money to the creators as opposed to the intermediaries?

I dunno. I'd go for Netflix and chill, but I think the pony movie will take more time before it shows on that platform  . Well I'm biased anyway, I don't really buy movies since years ago

Go out and buying it digitally? Or waiting until it releases physically?
