I think so? Don't remember the movie though.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

Nope, I've never seen the small town I live in destroyed in a movie. It wouldn't be worthwhile to put into one either, to be honest. The only mentions I've seen of it have been in the background, and even then they reference what it's known for and not the town itself.

As for the city I was born in (Seattle), it's been destroyed 4 times in movies, though none of the movies are well-known. Among these movies, it was destroyed once by volcano, once by earthquake, once by tornado (Doesn't make sense to me either), and once in a superhero battle. I've never seen these movies, myself, though.

Vancouver has only been destroyed when it's been standing in for another city getting destroyed. I've never seen a film where they depicted, or even mentioned, Vancouver getting flattened.

I've seen Denver in movies, and I have seen cities get destroyed in movies, but I have never seen Denver get destroyed in a movie.

However, the military base NORAD isn't terribly far away from where I am (maybe a couple hours) and its complete destruction is mentioned in Independence Day. :sealed:

For the 10th most populated city in the United States, San Jose is rarely, if ever, used for a proper disaster film. San Andreas could count, but it was almost entirely filmed in San Francisco. Terminator 2: Judgement Day did have some scenes in Sunnyvale and Fremont, but that's not really a disaster film.
