Yeah. Homeschooled kid here. It was fun for maybe a year. Not so fun for 17. :v

In college I tended to sit in the front, mostly because my horrible eyesight forced me to.

I normally couldn't choose where when I was little but when I did it would be all the way back to one of the corners, whichever was farther away from the teacher and the other students.

It would sit at any open seat I found. It didn't matter where I sit. Though some cases it depended on alphabetical order of our last names. Or sometimes I got move to the front if I couldn't read the board.

I was near the back, mostly cause then I could sit with my friends and get away with drawing in class.

 

College was mostly in the front unless there was no way that I was going to win fighting 50+ students fighting for it. When I started to get sick I moved to the back to hide.

Near the back, despite not really being able to see things on the blackboard (and I refused to wear glasses in school and only used them when I was using the PC or watching TV).

In the last 4 years, I went to a gymnasium and sat in the second row so I could see something on the whiteboard (still refusing to wear glasses).

The difference is because the gymnasium was much harder, where in the regular school I could pretty much do anything and still get good grades (on some subjects, some subjects are pretty much impossible for me), I actually had to at least try in the gymnasium to get passable grades.

Either in the middle or somewhere in the back. Typically, I’ll try to sit by people who I’m friends with or want to be friends with. If I don’t really like anybody, I’ll just sit by myself if I can.

At the back or near the walls. One year I was put right in front of the teacher's desk because they kinda hated me and I was going really bad in my grades so they put me there to have first row to the teacher's "care" and rage. Turns out I just needed glasses.

I was sitting in first rows since the beginning because of eyesight problems. It's quite good honestly, teachers look after middle-last rows and don't care about first ones

Situation when a teacher arguing with a guy from the last row because he checked time while my neighbor literally browsing Internet without hiding it is pretty usual

Most classes I had were assigned by last name in alphabetical order. So unfortunately I got stuck next to certain bullies of mine throughout the years as their last names happened to be close to mine.

If given a choice I normally sat alone somewhere
