I definitelly stand in the graphic art section of the community, I am a skilled artist but also an animator, I would say I'm quite good at it. I don't know if art and animation falls under the same category but I can do both

I know programming, but I never attempted to make a game, but I would like to work in a game as well

As for plushies, I would suggest Etsy. That is where most plush makers are located unless they just run from commissions off their deviantArt or FurAffinity accounts.

I was thinking of doing it off my deviant art. But as a new plush maker I"m wondering how to attract customers and such. So I just haven't started it off yet. I should probably wait till I"m done making my cosplayers for my next convention... Plus I was thinking I should get more practice in and make some more for myself before selling them... For now I guess I am just a normal brony. I haven't contributed anything special so far, just enjoyed the music, art and animation of the fandom and the show. 

 

As far as creativity goes, I can't draw or write, all I got is my alto sax playing skills and some experience using Finale Notepad to compose some songs. I remember seeing a video where someone played Lyra's Song: Anthropology on the tenor saxophone; I could do something similar to that if I picked up some decent recording equipment. In fact learning to play songs by ear is one of my favorite hobbies; maybe I will end up doing this some time in the future.

I'm a normal brony as far as things go. I wear a lot of brony clothes, and I did make a key charm, but that was from stuff I had I'm my ammo box car tool kit. I also like to joke about that I have a "equestrian" cellphone by having a modded carrier label. And I do have an ad campaign in the works for it....

I have to persuade people to watch MLP: FiM by any means possible and, after gauging their reaction, determining whether they liked the show or not. Currently I've converted two people so far. I plan to convert more by introducing them to the magic that is friendship >

 

I'm really a normal brony as well, but I plan to expand to fanart once I learn how to draw a pony properly.  Once I learn how to draw ponies exceptionally well, you can expect a lot of fanart from me, and I'll probably take signature requests every now and then, but only for graphics and whatnot.

Right now, I'm a normal brony.  However, my goal is to start creating music for the fandom, particularly orchestral music, because that's what I love.  It's not like I don't have the technology or the knowledge, because I have both (well, at least the technology...  I'm slowly gaining the knowledge).  It's more that I don't have the motivation to put my ideas into physical form because I'm either lazy or feel inferior to the other artists (likely a combination of both).

 

I'd also love to learn how to edit videos to make PMVs, because there really aren't enough orchestral PMVs in existence.

The sociology is where I feel I can really contribute something, by helping people define what a brony is, and how it affects masculinity/femininity.

But in all seriousness, I haven't done a lot at the moment other than enjoy the show and try to participate in the community as much as I can, I have only been a member of the fandom for about 6 months and I could only really consider myself a true Brony for the last 3 months or so (that's about the time I managed to catch up on everything to do with the show and when I started to truly appreciate it). Unfortunately I live in South Australia, which as far as physical distance to the Brony community is pretty isolated (a total bummer really cause I would love to hang out with some of you guys and make some new friends).

 

I haven't created much in the way of Fan-Content so far but I have been working on some stuff. I'm working with Fruity Loops Studio to make some music (just developing my skills right now) and I've been working on my Pony drawing skills as well so I can make some fan art, once I have the art down I'm gonna move into some animation as well and I am already a pretty good voice actor (can't sing all that well but damn can I act). Gotta get prepped and buy some materials, after sketching my first pony by hand and the inside of Twilight's house I discovered that scanning the pictures into my computer and then colouring them wasn't my style so I'm gonna buy a graphics tablet and draw them straight into my computer and I have to buy a Midi Keyboard and a professional microphone for some of the musical stuff I want to do.

 

Lucky for me I happen to be an extremely fast learner, I passed all of my first year University topics despite not going to any of my lectures and only about half of my practical classes, didn't even study just pumped the knowledge into my brain in the month before the Exam (I remember things I read really well).

 

Honestly I felt kinda bad not contributing anything to this awesome fandom (I seriously felt like a total freeloader) so that's part of the reason I'm gonna do all of this but the main reason is that this is going to give me a way to stretch my atrociously underused creative muscles and if it all turns out the worst I would have learned some new skills and had some fun.

 

As for what I've already made, I've written a couple of fanfics that I never published, one because honestly I wrote it when I was tired and it sucked and two because the show released episodes that completely destroyed any chance of the fic fitting into what was now established canon while I was in the middle of writing them (seriously, first the Scootaloo episode that was almost exactly the same as my fic and no I am not kidding the scene where Rainbow carries Scoots and flies with her was almost exactly the same as the ending scene of my story and then the Discord episode that made him a good guy and made it impossible to publish my fic where he's a total jerk). However I did publish my own Fan-made history of Equestria on this very web site and I am thinking that I may put up the un-finished versions of my drawing of the inside of Twi's house and the one of one of my OC's that I based on my brother named Feather Bed (my brother likes to sleep a lot) on here too.

Anyways, I is speshul brony because I make PMVs. How good am I? Well, I was good enough to get on EQD once and PMV Today twice, so I'd say I'm pretty good. It's really fun for me, even if sometimes there are parts that take like an hour to find a clip for. If Youtube counted self views, I think there'd be about 100 more views on each of my videos, because the best part about making a PMV is being able to watch it yourself when it's all done. It's very satisfying.

Eh. I'm incredibly active in Roleplays, and would probably get around to writing fanfics if I had the patience for it. I do some pony art with vectors in Inkscape - my Avvie's one of them - and I would do PMVs, but I'd be a one man band, and I'm not particularly skilled with audio computer programs. I don't have any other musical bronies nearby, that I'm aware of.

i'm a failed art brony

i say failed because i generally have the right idea and skills to create things, but i just don't have the means. or i draw something, only to look at it later, feel unsatisfied and trash it. like i once made some concept designs for my little pony converse. i was so determined, but it never happened dozens of concept drawings have gone to waste and those that are finished never get showed to anyone.

recently for the first time though, i actually created and finished some pony related artwork (i made my own avatar too )and i posted it here. hopefully, i may make pony art more often, since i now have a good medium that i am happy with and its easy to show to others.

I have made like two pmv's and some signatures for others but other than that. I am just your normal brony that enjoys the show, fandom, artwork, fanfics, etc. I just like to admire others talents and then try to learn how they learned out to do such things

I'm "other" . I'm not much of an artist, and whioe I used to be a decent writer, I don't know if I have the patience for fanfiction.

 

I however do have a couple of things on my plate that will hopefully be out in some form by the end of the month- and that's a brony podcast and a fansite. The fansite I'm doing more as an exercise for my own web development skills, and the podcast is basically about the basics of the fandom for new bronies. When I first got into MLP, I had a hard time wading through all of the fanwork and really finding what appealed to me- there's so much out there, you know. So I'm planning this broadcast to help sort things out for newbies.

I suppose the only category you listed would be a 'major supporter'. However, I am a writer and a (former?) musical composer. I'm writing some kinda dark, kinda psychologically intriguing fanfics, and also I used to compose orchestrated pieces inspired by MLP, which I might take up again, given proper motivation.

This is the type of topic where I either:

 

1. get inspired to do something creative, and lose motivation an hour down the line (because what I create, doesn't look nearly a tenth as good as stuff other bronies produce).

 

2. get depressed/jealous at the fact that there are TONS of bronies with amazing talent and I'm sitting here... doing nothing...

 

Of course, I adore fan-made stuff along with the show itself, and I admire the good nature of *most* bronies. THIS is why I am a brony. It just seems that whenever the word brony is tossed around the interwebs, theres a good chance that it will be associated with all the fanart stuff; and theres somepony like me wanting to contribute in some awesome way - but I feel that if I ever create something that I put a fair amount of time into, it will never amount to something that I will find... good?
