I'm doing the Bug Off today and have even cleared my park area to hold the prizes I'll get for scoring enough points. Good luck, all.

So I scored enought points to bring home the gold and I've got one of every prize Flick has for me! Plus all the bugs I got earned me 300,000 bells from Flick!

bug-off wasn't that easy since you have to keep walking around and/or shake trees for the insects. Fishing tournament was easy since you can use fish bait to get points faster.

I don't agree. I was able to capture 10 bugs to 20 bugs in 3 minutes. I quickly got all 3 trophies and Bug themed items in just 3 hours

I missed the Bug-Catching Event but I'm taking a bit of a break from NH so I can recharge for Friday. I can't wait to dive the deep sea again like in NL!

Well I guess it's a good thing I chose to ignore the Stalk Market Wizard this week when he told me that sell the turn up this morning at 195 because until closing time at 10:00 Pacific Time, my buying price is 402.

I managed to get all of the prizes from the Bug-Off but some of them freak me out a little. Bugs are sooo gross! Ew!

you don't need to trust the stalk market wizard if it tells you to sell your turnips at that day. i've been using that stalk market wizard since NL and then i tend to search for a high price than i have even though if i get a high price than the previous price, it would've been a waste of my time and made less money and profit out of it.

Anyway just so you guys know if you guys are searching for celeste, here's a thing that i know. if you have all the available recipes from celeste except the zodiacs, you'll get star fragments from her. i did hear that she gives you 5 star fragments.

First day of July and I already caught some new bugs and a fish

An update came live just to let you guys know. you'll have to buy the wet suit in order to start getting the sea creatures. They'll be in the usual section like in NL's museum which is the fish and sea creature section of the museum for those that haven't played NL. if you guys are asking me where to get wet suit, you can get'em from your nook shop although if your nook shop is closed, you can find another person that's 3hrs before closing time to shop there and the other is that you can redeem nook miles for the wet suit if your nook shop is closed as a alternative option.

Yeah like i said your villagers can give you a fake painting through mail. it would be best to place the item and take a closer look on the painting. In addition to the fake paintings and statues, they can be haunted as well.

Anyway if you guys are doing diving for deep-sea creatures, you can also find pearls, but they're rare as i know about. I didn't find much as I know about on my end. For pascal, he only appears once a day after you find a scallop. once you give the scallop to him, he'll either give you a recipe, outfit, or a pearl.

Celeste is on my island, and there are even occasional meteors!  I’m keeping it open for friends for as long as I can, but the maintenance for servers is coming up fast...and I don’t know how long it’ll last!

EDIT:  I've reopened my island after the server maintenance update, and I plan to leave it open overnight.  You might need to update your version to the latest in order to connect to the servers, though.

I got meteor showers tonight (july 10 2020) approx 7PM or so PS/PDT on my island since isabelle announced that there will be shooting stars. Celeste, i'll be running a search on her before i start inviting although I may invite my friends over, but if you guys wanna come, you'll have to PM me (or add and msg me on discord) for dodo code.

If you guys are doing fishing tournaments, please do not use fish baits in a online session. The fish will be glitched upon using them and I went straight into the information about it and i had to restart the online session also doing the fishing tournament and bug-offs will get you more points with more people. Now i can host the fishing tournaments and bug-offs for an early time since I'm in a PS/PDT time zone if you guys prefer that time, Just let me know in a PM or discord if you want to come to my island for the bug-offs and tournament or if it helps your search any better, you can find anyone who lives in a PS/PDT time zones for the tournaments.
