Tumblr Bronies

I started a blog when I realized that a lot of my friends have a tumblr, and made about 3 posts. It's basically just about me. Then I remembered that I'm really not interesting and I pretty much live on Facebook anyway... haha... yeah. I want to make an Ask tumblr for my OC but I'm mediocre at drawing and terrible at remembering/forcing myself to draw. So I probably won't do that. I used to reblogged more than 1500+ posts per month but I stopped since it was taking way too much time. Used to spend around 2 hours just scrolling down and going past around 225 pages before I reach my previous post/reblog.

 

After Yahoo bought Tumblr, I stopped using Tumblr. It doesn't feel like it used to be anymore.

Just buying tumblr shouldn't immediately change how a blog works. Not sure i get why people did such knee jerk reactionsions to that purchase. Sounds like you just got burned out which is easy to do.

 

I use tumblr for my music http://freewavemusic.tumblr.com/ and like and favorite some stuff from friends and cool mlp artwork when i come across it. After using wordpress, blogspot, and tumblr I'd really pick the 2 latter ones as my favorite. It's all about the tumblr feed and who you follow that makes it what it is as well as the favorite and reporting ability. That's completely different than how blogspot functions and what makes tumblr both a blog site AND a social media site in one. I'll take Tumblr over Facebook in a heartbeat.

Well it didn't change much. In fact, it should be better than ever, from speed to uptime. I stopped using Tumblr since, as I said previously, it was consuming way too much of my time and therefore I stopped.

I'm starting up a new group tumblr called FimMusic which will be the bridge for my blog the brony musician directory (which lists all the musicians in the fandom) and mylittleremix forum (forum for brony musicians, where i am also a moderator). Basically this will be a community tumblr for those who will continue making and enjoying music in the fandom. While we want to include both large and small musicians our main emphasis is creating a news site that will definitely looking for those underrated musicians, events albums, interviews, reviews, etc. Hope you can subscribe if interested (need your support during this start up) and we're always looking for volunteers and guest writers for the future if you're enthusiastic about current music in the fandom.
