There has never been a pony in the show with brown eyes.

You know what’s really strange?

None of the ponies have brown eyes.

I mean it. None of them. Ever. No mane characters, no background ponies, no good guys, no bad guys, NOPONY has brown eyes.

It seems like it would be a fairly common color, wouldn’t you think?

There are quite a few eye styles and colors. But I have not noticed brown. Not even my OC has brown eyes though I have brown eyes IRL.

I have noticed a lot of Kirin on this forum have brown eyes? Like the banner, and @Treeglow Flicker's avatar. Maybe they are the only ones with brown eyes?

Actually, Dr. Fauna has brown eyes!  She's one of my favorite non-main characters in the show.

As other people mentioned, there’s other ponies with brown eyes as well. It’s just a rare color.

Rainbow Dash should work great with brown eyes. Just remove some of the red intensity, and they are basically brown.
