But Legend of Everfree, which depends on Sci-Twi was one of my favorites, if not my favorite. Only pick I had in that movie was their running animations, which was really badly made!

 

I think the first design of human Twilight is too smooth. She needs to look more edgy like her pony self. Sci-Twi looks better, but she is odd.

I feel like she never grew on me. I loved Pony Twilight in that universe. Human Twilight just seems like a less progressed Twilight (possibly season 1 form?) which is overall less fun to watch. I don't hate her by any means, but definitely on the lower side of the main 7.

I like her because she's different enough from Princess Twilight to be her own person, which is something I sometimes miss in the other Humane characters. I'll always prefer Princess Twilight, though, especially as a shipping partner for Sunset.

Yes! I absolutely adore Sci-Twi! She's so cute and adorkable!  I actually like her better than pony Twilight's human form! I just think that Sci-Twi's design is much better than pony Twilight's human form, it just seems like more of what I would expect Twilight to look like in a human world

So I totally agree with this.

That is understandable and actually I was thinking that is the case for you and most likely many others.

Though to make it super clear, I don't dislike her as a character, I dislike the fact, that she's supposed to be Twilight, but she's not.

If she was introduced as a new character, I'd totally like her, really. But whenever I think that she's apparently supposed to be Twilight, I want the real Twilight back.  My preferences aside, I want Twilight to be Twilight.

Then how could they have done a better job with Sci-Twi? Like, how could they have done a better balance of making her more like her pony counterpart but keeping some differences to avoid making her too identical to the pony counterpart in personality? After all, people give the Humane 5 flak sometimes for being too similar to their pony counterparts and not having enough to flesh them out more, what would stop Sci-Twi from having that issue too?

Not to mention having to avoid possible implications and theories on the Rainbooms only befriending her because she's exactly like her pony counterpart, we need some differences to avoid that. 

How would you have fixed her story in Friendship Games and Legend of Everfree (which are crucial for her arc)?
