I had a little kitten a few months ago. Wasn't a good decision...one of my kiddies put him in the freezer  Apparently they were playing "Hide and seek". Can't blame anyone but myself! I should of been watching them closer...

I don't think I'll be getting anymore pets anytime soon (other than goldfish)  Little kids and animals don't mix! At least in my experience.

 

I find bunnies cuter than cats and dogs, and they would be my preferred pet of choice If I wanted one

I have a Labrador Retriever called Rodney, he's an American Labrador, so he's thinner than most Labradors. He can get very Barky though when someone goes to the door. My old dog who died at 12 was a retriever lurcher cross called Dudley. I also loved him. And my neighbour has a cat called Lucky who I sometimes see.

 

 

I actually accepted Rodney's name because of Rodney Culver, the Chargers player who died in the Valujet accident, Rodney Mullen, the skateboarder, Rodney Trotter from Only Fools and Horses, Rodney Copperbottom from Robots, and Rodney Marsh the Footballer who played for QPR.

I have a dachshund named Buddy, and I got him about five years ago. Unfortunately, he's on crate rest for the next four to six weeks due to a spinal injury, so here's to hoping he'll recover safely.

I have an Amel Cornsnake named Dusk. My job and lifestyle leaves me away from home for periods too long to care for most animals adequately so I needed a pet that could pretty much take care of itself. Voila, a snake. Also pets aren't allowed in my tenancy but caged animals are ok.

We currently have 6 dogs in the house. 2 of them we don't own but are just looking after while their owner is away for work. The ones we do own are 3 chihuahuas and a large mixed breed. The mixed breed is well behaved, but sometimes a bit too hyper. The chihuahuas, well they just do whatever they feel like

I also have a little guinea pig named Iggy. He can be a little brat sometimes, but I love him to pieces. I like to draw him; he is my muse.

The past cats I've had are Puddy (old age), Domino/Dommom (old age), and Daisy (heart condition/attack)

 

I currently have two dogs named Copper (bloodhound), and Sniffles (retriever mix)

The past dog I had is Brandy (old age)

 

I also have a turtle and I used to have two. One died though

Sure! I have two cats running around the house at the moment. At one point it was 4, and for a brief moment after one gave birth it was 9. Had to give away most of those though. They make for great cuddly companions, not as much maintenance required as with dogs, and it's nice to have one curl up on your lap while relaxing and watching TV or the like. Overall, I think they're a fine pet to have around.

Have a 9 year old blind bunny.  Just lost my 11 year old bunny to old age.  I absolutely love them both
