MrJK 399 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 I think they are obnoxious and annoying. Problem is, i am pretty good with kids, seeing as i am funny to look at and hurt myself a lot, but i still dont like them!
NewCalamity 3,454 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 In my experiences as a volunteer lifeguard and having a demonic cousin, I find them endlessly irritating. It may have something to do with me being the youngest child and therefore I've not had to deal with them directly for extended periods of time, but I cannot stand them for most of the time. As a volunteer lifeguard teaching young classes how to swim I was often given extremely bratty and snobby children who have no regard for how easy or relaxing your day might be. Completely ignoring every kind-hearting, sweet voice I give them. Grr... Also, my cousin does not reinforce a good opinion of children in my eyes considering he threatened to kill me in my own house, knocked over and threw a few Xbox 360 games all in one night. He also wore that Swiss 1940's helmet I have without permission. I've never worn it. *sighs* 5 Ob's stürmt oder schneit. | Whether it storms or snows. Ron Jeremy 2,032 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 Little kids always irritate me. Everything is coated with slime with saliva and snot while they're around, they cry loudly in the store, everything about 'em bugs me. But if parents maintained control over their little kids and didn't let them cry and shriek in the store (escorting them out when they do, etc.) I wouldn't have as much of a problem with them. As a person who cares if their stuff gets goo on it/gets gnawed on, having a kid in my room would be an absolute nightmare. We were all little kids once, but that doesn't mean we have to like little kids now that were aren't, right?
ShieldMaiden 16 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 Small kids do not like me....I don't know what it is, perhaps they can pick up on the fact that I do not want children...but when they get around me they all start crying. Which is horribly annoying. I have no problem with slightly older children in the 5 - 10 range. But before that I'll have to go with annoying
Chill Mists (Chilly) 801 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 They annoy me so much. But no where near as much as adults who believe themselves to know everything. That's what really annoys me. 1 Brushing your hair is for people who care and someone who cares is not I, I'll jump off a bridge and then fill up your fridge, and best pony is Fluttershy. Lady Rarity Pony 4,892 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 (edited) Not every kid was raised under the same conditions or has the same personality, so I don't think any general sweeping statement would be accurate. Some are cute, some are irritating. People don't seem to give a crap about teaching their kids manners anymore. There's a lot of bratty kids out there. But there's also some very nice kids. At least under normal circumstances I can get my youngest siblings to be quiet when I tell them, but they can become irritating. Ultimately I'd prefer not to deal with kids unless there're my own. Jalaton 155 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 I like babies since I don't have to deal with all the work that comes with them. They can be a little annoying especially since they touch everything but it's usually not that bad. Now for little kids some are very irritating and some are okay. I can handle older kids like 8 and up better, they're closer to my brother's age an age that I am better at dealing with and talking to (even though I talk to all kids more or less the same way I'd talk to anyone). Jokuc 8,174 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 Both. Sometimes I just want to go "Dawwwwww" and give them a hug. Other times I want to choke them until I break their little windpipe. Agreed.
Evilshy 5,090 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 Both, probably more irritating than cute. But 4-6 year old girls are the most adorable things ever. I love them in a totally non-creepy way. It's one of my goals in life to come home from work one day, and have my 5 year old daughter scream "daddy!" and run up to me and hug my legs while wearing a cute little red dress. I get quite happy just thinking about it Signature now 99% less edgy!

Strafe 594 June 26, 2012 Share June 26, 2012 (edited) They don't annoy me...UNLESS their stupid parents bring them into movie theaters. It really blows my mind that parents bring their crying kids into a room full of people trying to watch a movie. Edited June 26, 2012 by Strafe 2 "The Gods envy us.
