I've honestly never understood the hate for Internet Explorer.

No, I'm not interested in hearing any "It's full of viruses!" or "It's sooo slow!" bullshit.

I don't like it because it doesn't keep up with the modern HTML language and it makes it much more difficult for web developers, like me, to increase advancements because not everyone will be able to experience the something as others to get the full range features.

It's a lot better than it used to be. The main issues with IE being that in the beginning instead of complying with standards, Microsoft opted to invent their own. It was also a prime target for most ill-doers since being installed by default on the world's most used OS painted quite a large target for attack.

Anyway, I use Firefox because it runs about as fast as Chrome does on my computer and for sillier and nostalgic reasons, Firefox's code is descendant from Netscape Navigator, which I used to use way back in the day.  :comeatus:

I use Chrome because of the ease of backing up my settings and all the add-ons I can install(Adblock is a God-send).

It IS slow, not to mention unstable mess and God help you if you try and use it on a slower computer because it will lag so bad you'll get 90s nostalgia because it reminds you of AOL.

Firefox here :D

I never really used Chrome and Opera extensively, so I don't know about their inner side there, though I have my own bitter experiences with IE and Safari >_>

I have a lot of add-ons in this firefox, so switching to another browser would take too much effort :P

I use google chrome. Firefox started getting weird, even with ad-block plus on it.

And IE, I just want to uninstall it but I can't find it in my programs list on my PC. It randomly opens up once in a while with a spammy ad site.

I use chrome all the time on my laptop, but when I'm on my phone, I'm forced to use Internet explorer. Tthe first two times I tried to type this, it decided to fuck with my scrolling and mess me up. (sorry for the language, I just had a very bad day.)

Well, it is almost always slower than other browsers.

It lacks customization, often displays web pages incorrectly, has many many spam toolbars, etc.

It simply doesn't do the job nearly as well as other browsers like Chrome or Firefox.

I've never had such problems. Honestly, I've had more problems with Firefox. And so what if it lacks customization? It's not a necessary function.

That description fits Firefox better, if you ask me.

Ummmm, I actually use Internet Explorer and I don't really have problems or complaints about it.....

I wouldn't know, I've been using Chrome for years because I've never had a reason to use anything. It's fast, has add-ons, and can integrated right into a Google account to make setup easy if you do system restore or get a new PC.

Wanna bet?

Even some fairly trustworthy websites are a near-unusable mess that will give your computer e-herpes(I'm looking at you, DeviantArt) without ad-block. There's also things like Tumblr Savior and Ponyhoof(which makes Facebook MLP themed)

Wanna use some-place actually seedy like Pirate Bay without adblock? Forget it unless you want everyone around you think you're on a hardcore porn site.
