i had a really awkward moment. the teacher went out of the room during art and since i had already finished painting i went on mlpforums, and my best friend saw the homepage and started laughing. it turns out that if you close your computer fast enough and DENY DENY DENY people "didn't see a thing"

It seems that my parents don't understand that respecting my privacy doesn't mean knocking once and entering regardless. Because it seems I never hear them coming when I'm watching ponies, and they knock on my door once and I rush to switch to my desktop. The really weird thing is that I think that they think that I'm trying to hide that I'm watching porn. For my parents, being caught watching porn would be a lot easier to explain. Randomly, the other day I started skyping with my Dad we were talking and he randomly asks me if I'm watching porn, so he must think when I'm watching ponies that I'm watching porn.

Well, I had that awkward moment where I took the wrong bus from Gatineau to Ottawa while trying to get to my school in Hull and opened my locker door on my face.

ON MY FIRST DAY OF COLLEGE (Cegep).

Third day was the murder of my then-lab-partner-and-still-friend's friend.

BEHIND SAID SCHOOL (killer still at large.)

At the end of that semester, I revealed to my other friend that I watch the show. Crisis was averted when the next day, he started watching it. (I avoid speaking of it to people for schizophrenic reasons)

I had another quite awkward encounter the other day. I was on Xbox Live surfing through my game options when I decided to has some nostalgia. I put in Black Ops (the first one) and went to the multiplayer zombie section. I was quickly put into a lobby with a guy named Scooterlue. I immediately assumed he was a brony and asked him what he thought of the most recent episode (Magic duel). He asked for what show and I told him Friendship is Magic. He said he had never heard of that show and the rest of the play time was spent in tense silence.

>math problems>decide to don't give a shit and just listen to music for the rest of the class while staring at the math>hoity toity's fantabulous swirling toilet (a guilty pleasure)>bobbing my head and stuff>turns up the volume>time to get jiggy with it>hoity toity: simply magnificent! :D<3>sidemate bumps into me>oh fuck>everyones staring with a questioning face>spaghetti falls out of my pocket>reach down to pick it up>pants tear while i fart>instantly starts crying out of embarrassment and asks my sidemate if he wants to marry me>says no>smear feeces all over the walls and run out of class puking

Oh god. This is te best.possible.post. i think I laughed for two minutes straight after the pants tear while I fart thing.

I think I collapsed after "smear feces all over the walls and run out of class puking" part.

BTW, I've had a few moments.

Watching ponehs on the bus on my field trip on my iPod when some people started laughing.

Then I realized everyone saw me watching Baby Cakes.

and then, my dad walking in on me watching ponehs at 2 AM.

Well I've already mentioned the "20% cooler" phase a few times to my friends, and they go crazy not knowing where it's from (insert evil laugh).

The only other awkward moment was when I was at a friend of mine's house playing Batman: Arkham City when I was finishing the last enemy and the move Batman used looked a lot like Applejack's bucking. I inadvertently blurted out "Applejack kick!" my friend just looked at me confused and asked "Applejack kick?" He didn't know a lot about MLP (and still doesn't, really), other than the fact he hated the fandom for it as a whole, so he didn't understand what I said in the slightest. Because of his hate (at the time, he didn't know I'm a brony), I awkwardly responded "Yeah...you know, like 'Falcon Punch'" then tried, to no success whatsoever, to hold a poker face. Luckily, he didn't ask about it, so he didn't hate me for being a brony...yet.

He doesn't necessarily "hate" me for being a brony, but...yeah it's pretty close. I do think he overdoes most of the time in an attempt to be funny, but as of yesterday, I've learned I can never really tell for sure.

When two of friends found out i was a brony, It was on a train and one yelled it to the other. Lucky most people didn't care or just dismissed it so it wasn't that awkward.

I had just became a Brony and so I had gone on Facebook and started to like a lot of MLP pictures. I didn't realize that when I like a picture on FaceBook it shows everyone the picture and says. "Fire Lord Derpy likes this picture." So I'm liking pictures and then my brother (Who is also a Brony.) Says. "Hey Fire Lord, I can see you liking those pictures." So I panicked slightly and started trying to figure out how to stop my friends from seeing it when the text box pops up and my dad who was down stairs says. "Son come down here."

He was cool with it but it still....

Yesterday, I was at Target to get a couple of those fat packs I saw on EQD and brought them up to an open register. When I got up there the lady who was working the register asked if my younger sisters birthday was coming up to which I replied "noooo... these are  myself". After that she didnt say a word but her look could of put medusa to shame.

So, about a week ago my sister who is 17 by the way, was knocking on my door. I couldn't here it because my music was up so loud. She walked in, proceeded to jump scare the hell out of me, and ask me WTF I was watching. I looked at my monitor and realized my sister, knowing that I am a Brony, and hating me for it, probably didn't approve of the fact that I was watching a music video for Beyond Her Tomb.

It's well established to everyone that I know that I am a Brony, So I can't say I've ever had an awkward experience about it. Sometimes I do get a little carried away when I talk about it, tho.

Oh there was this one time I was at the university computers. I was just doing my usual facebook browsing of MLP meme pics and had ponyhoof instead of facebook. Suddenly, my friend walks in the room and asks me about biochemistry homework. She noticed the ponies... and said "how cute" after seeing Pinkie Pie. I was like, "uhh yeah... they're cute alright." Hopefully she wasn't thinking MLP G3 when she saw that.
