Ahhh, Alex! I love Alex S., him and Living Tombstone were the first two musical artists I found that were associated with the fandom.

Hearing he was retiring from music is a bit saddening though, he makes musical gold.

EDIT: After looking around his tumblr for a bit, it seems as if he's still in the process of finishing/releasing an album.

Personally, I never got the big to-do about artists like Alex S. Or Tombstone. Or Mic The Microphone (I will live decades and die incapable of comprehending how his stuff could be palatable).
