Do you love MLP Forums for its community, or ponies?

I'd say it's 60% ponies, 40% community. I love all the friends I've made here and we've had a lot of fun and great discussions, but I did come for the ponies...

 

Well both. I love ponies and I love the community
To be honest, I don't even think my love for ponies would be as active if I weren't a member of any online community.

 

On the other hand, this is also true. ^^  Unless we get in too many arguments and bring ourselves down from within, (which I don't see happening) I'm sticking around. Maybe even after the show. So, loyalty FTW!

Both. This is the nicest community I've ever seen, no kidding. I haven't seen anyone argue or flame each other yet. I think ponies are the main reason the community is even like that, but I still voted both.

Both. The show and the community have been great additions to my life. I give credit to the show for it's charm and I give credit to the community for its creativity. I could go on about all the various things I love from this experience, but I'd like to keep it short and basic.

i wanted to find a place where I could easily intergrate with other bronies. This forum is one of the most popular, which is why I chose. Also, the number of newbies is growing.

Umm...yes! I'd say it's equal parts ponies and community.

 

I like the way ~Chaotic Discord~ put it...coming here for the ponies and staying for the community. I was a brony looking for a home when I found this site. Ponies got me in the door, the community got me hooked, and now they both work symbiotically to keep me coming back everyday. if either part was missing, MLP forums wouldn't be the same. Without ponies, we wouldn't have the unifying bond that brought us together. Without a community...well...there wouldn't be bronies in the first place without a community.

 

I'm so proud to be a part of this community. We found each other and bonded over our common love of ponies and Equestria. We've shed our tears, we've laughed our laughs, we've smiled our smiles, and all along the way we've done it together.

 

I'm not exaggerating when I say I've found a second family with you guys. <3 My pony brothers and sisters...

Both for me! As several have all ready said, came here for ponies and stayed for the community. The kindness and open-minded attitude the members here share makes me feel right at home here. I haven't gotten to know too many people on the forums yet, but the ones I have are really great! Looking forward to meeting more of this great community

Both, I came for the ponies and stayed for the community for the most part this is a pretty nice place there is the occasional flame war but that dosen't happen here anywhere as often as other places I have been.

I think it's obvious, it's all about the community, when I joined back in March, everyone was very welcoming and friendly, not to mention we have a lot of very talented individuals on here, it really is a great place to be, I enjoy it.

I love the MLP Forums for both its awesome and very cool community and, the most biggest creation of ponies. The forums really do attract a lot of people with very awesome interests, can't forget the cool and forgiving staff. The pony art of Signatures, Avatars, OC Ponies , and Vectors. Our huge community has many artists, gamers, fans of the show, and we should all be proud to celebrate the New Year.

I love the show, don't get me wrong, but I feel that my interest in it would've died out awhile ago if I couldn't discuss it with fellow bronies and pegasisters. That privilege is not an option for me outside this screen.

I started out just watching the show, not interacting with the community at all aside from a couple first-impressions forum posts, but nowadays this forum is basically my entire pony experience.  Sure, I'll watch an episode when a new one comes out, or when I need something in the background while animating, but I just don't engulf myself in pony 24/7 like I once did.

Not only is this a place where I can openly and freely discuss all things MLP-related--art/creations inspired by the show, underlying themes from the show, funny pictures and memes, you name it-

 

but also, this is the most accepting and friendly place I've ever seen. Literally everyone here are friends. Seriously though, it's almost ridiculous how kind and loving you all are. :3 I wuv you guys.

Well, both. I love ponies and forum activities. I love MLP Forums because of those two reasons. This forum has everything. Ponies, kind people, arts, musics, fanfics, roleplays, general discussion thread, forum games thread, even a life advice section. I can do both talking about ponies here or enjoy foruming with kind people who calls them self Brony. Here, in MLP Forum.

I got here while searching for something MLP related. I stayed because I thought "Hey, I might as well stay, none of my IRL friends are Bronies so I think I'll stick around here". It's been great. This community is amazing, I've never been part of a proper Internet Fandom before.

I'd have to say both. After all, I wouldn't have found this place if it weren't for my interest in the show itself, and the heavy incorporations here from the show are definitely a plus. And like every community, this one has its drawbacks, but not nearly as many as I'm used to communities having, and I can't say I've ever felt more like part of a family in any other community.

my journey started at just watching the show. It then grew into curiosity which led me to this website. I then joined for the kicks. I saw the community and how nice and tolerant they were and i thought to myself. can't all people be like this? I now love this forum cause i can talk about pony fandom and all sorts of other things

I've spent some time alone, liking ponies closed up in my room, of course, until i found the forums. I chose ponies for now, just because i have yet to see the wonders of the community. Of course, i love ponies more, but i love the Forums aswell. (Dang it, i should have chosen Both...)
