Ponies and zebras are genetically homologous up until you reach the sub-genus category, meaning that if you mate them, you can produce viable offspring.

 

So what do you get if you hybridize a zebra and a pony?

 

A zony.

 

 

 

Just one of the many possible Zebroids.

So biologically, there's no beastiality here.
