Personally I would have to say DNAngel. its not very well known but for some reason I seem to like the lesser known ones, probably because they are a little shorter.

My favorite anime is Cardcaptor Sakura (also really like the manga of this series too). Some of my favorite manga include Fruits Basket, Kare Kano, Kare First Love, and Chobits.

It has to undoubtedly be Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and Fullmetal Alchemist. I like them both to much. Even though I like Brotherhood just a little more.

 

Some others would be; Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin, Ranma 1/2, Trigun.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Saint Seiya and Kodomo no Jikan, disregard that the last manga there is somewhat controversial in nature. Give it a chance and get prepared for more drama than an afternoon soap opera, or just watch the anime adaptations.

Panty And Stocking With Garterbelt.It's so hilariously crude and crudely hilarious.Except for that one episode where they show how shitty life in Japan could be,that's just depressing.

1) One Piece- It's just amazing! I'm in the Alabasta Arc and everything about the story rocks. The manga and anime are still ongoing!

 

2) DBZ- Because it's DBZ. I grew up on this show. And what kid hasn't tried a Kamehameha?

 

3) Shaman King- There are no words. Just check it out!

 

4) Fullmetal Alchemist/Brotherhood- Simply amazing. Pure awesome! I love the short animes that have less than eighty episodes. Short and sweet!

 

5) Cowboy Bebop- Google it.

As for One Piece, it's only going to get better . Greatest manga of all time IMO.

One Piece is my favorite anime/manga. I probably could easily call it my favorite series of anything. Just because it's so emotional and I love the tones set by the series. The characters are all great, as well.

If I start a series  I usually start with the anime first and then if I like it enough i read the manga.  It was no different this time around. My answers to these questions are both the same  Full Metal Alchemist: brotherhood.  Oh my god I cannot even tell you how much I love this one.  I saw the original series   To be honest I thought that the original was kind of lame in hindsight but whatever. When brotherhood came out.  I watched the first 2 episodes and thought "I don't know about this"   It didn't really appeal to me.  because i had seen the original and that's the image of it i had in my head.  In fact, I down right refused to watch anymore of ,Brotherhood.  Until one day I realized I shouldn't be so hard headed about this.  So there I went,  I re watched it from the start. and after about 5 episodes I was hooked. As it went on I was soo hooked.  By the end I felt as if I was suffocating under the sheer weight of everything that was happening to everyone.  And I loved all the characters, yes even the villans.  with the exception of 2 people.  I have never been able to say that before about another anime series.

Mine would have to be Dragon Drive. Chibi is so cute at the beginning, and when he fights, it's just plain epic. 

 

I also like the classic Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and Beyblade.

Samurai Champloo and Serial Experiments Lain.
Samurai Champloo has god tier animation and soundtrack, nujabes is a master.
And Serial Experiments Lain has a really deep and weird story, really enjoyable.

Lucky Star and Axis Powers Hetalia are my two favorites. Lucky Star's got Konata and Tsukasa and Hetalia has Prussia, Austria, and America. Lucky Star's entertaining and relateable and Hetalia is pretty much the funniest manga and anime ever.

Other animes I've watched would be the one with the wolf named Weed, The one with Weed's father, Naruto, Pokemon, Digimon and about two others I cannot remember the names of. Though, I've only liked the wolf named Weed, classic Digimon and Classic Pokemon. The other two and Naruto are just not me.
