I would totally say that as a crystal pony her radiance and shine matches to her all times glowing beautiful heart and generous nature. and I assume Rares herself likes the crystal pony appearance too I'd say the crystal kingdom really does look good on Rarity, it shows and extracts her "shiny like a diamond" that she has on her cutie mark they are. So... it's like grass? then casually runs by Carrot Top who also had green hair and she's all like, "Hmph, well I never"... She sounded like some kinda high class baroness? Is that really how they meant Carrot Top to sound like? I don't think anyone likes green hair...
