Both Luna & Cadance have been getting more exposure this season.  I've heard Scaremaster is going to be the Halloween special this year.  If so, it would be logical for her to be in that too.  I think she has been in more episodes this year than all previous seasons combined.

Luna is the most unique and complex character to understand. One minute she is bad and turns into nightmare moon because she feels unappreciated and then she is someone so understanding and gentle. She does her duty of the night and always makes it easier for her sister. Its the way a ruler should be.
