But, I have managed to preserve my childhood soft toys for about an entire decade now (I think I'll always keep my Big Bird, Mrs. Dog and Friendly Puppy toys as a reminder of a time that is now history) but, I do occasionally hug my pony soft toys Especially you, Twilight! I have my Pinkie Plushies and my Rainbow Dinosaur I have had since birth (My older brother had it when he was born and then my other older brother who is younger than the first got it when he was born and finally I got it when I was born so it is 20 plus years old and kind of like a family heirloom but not) I also sometimes get my (Real) dog called Missy up stairs to sleep with me too. You can't be too comfortable now can you. It's kinda too big for my head, but I still keep it on my bedroom table to look at on my way to bed.
