I'm actually glad that applejack and Pinkie got ahead.  Even if I voted for fluttershy. Applejack needs more attention (background pony, anyone?) and Pinkie is always overlooked.

All I did was state my reaction and then compare it to be twilight response to this topic's status

 

I guess nobody got it.

 

 

And plus- Applejack has been constantly made fun of for not being recognized by the fandom enough and therefore being labled "Background pony". Its the truth. All I was doing was stating my satisfaction to Applejack being recognized.

 

Also, the PMV went great because it all featured scenes that would depict this topic. Also due to the fact that Twily lost and she's still alive

I love how everyone thinks of me whenever someone calls AJ a background pony. Much obliged. I'm proud of my reputation as being the forum's resident "Hit you with five paragraphs for dissing AJ" fan. I blame you, Stellafera.

 

But in this instance, ChosenPony was merely acknowledging the oft-maligned joke's existence. He said he was happy to see AJ ahead, so I'm not going to go gung ho on him this time. Y'all misunderstood his post.

Seriously, the negativity that swirled in here... legitimately saddens me.

 

I almost can't bring myself to care who wins now. I've gone from looking forward to seeing the results, to looking forward to this being over. It's a shame a few, uh, "enthusiastic" folks had to do... "things".

 

Thanks to all who didn't participate in that, and tried to keep things positive.
