Other than the metaphorical pony I've invented that's a genetic fusion of all of them, I would say Twilight.

My favorite is absolutely Pinkie Pie, she is so eccentric, and keeps the energy of the show moving. EVery tuny movement she does turns my head, and I love to watch anything she does.

Pinkie and Fluttershy are pretty much even in my books. Pinkie reminds me of my best friend and Fluttershy is like my mom <.<;

But in the end I always gravitate more to Pinkie as she is just the kind of pony that you can play pranks on, with and plays pranks on you. Has great sense of humour and bakes like a pro.

 

And I like her songs.

But my least favourite would be Rarity. Why? Because I feel she isn't really suited to her element (generosity). I feel she isn't all that generous. I know you guys could give me hundreds of examples, but when she is generous, it doesn't come as naturally as the other ponies elements.

Well, as a foppish dandy who is constantly concerned with his appearance, yet is more than willing to donate to charity and buy food and gifts for my less well-off friends, I can more easily understand how Rarity is both apparently vain and extraordinarily generous.

 

Even if Rarity wasn't generous she'd still be my favourite, because she's fabulous.
